Hi everyone,

I wanted to make this log to keep myself accountable and hopefully learn and ask advice along the way, I always wanted to practice PE but I had a hard time being consistent due to privacy issues. I finally have some privacy to myself and I was curious how much I could gain in a period of 3 to 4 months being really consistent.

My starting size is 6.75” BPEL and 5” MEG, I don’t want to get too caught up with measuring so I’d like to update my log every 4 weeks with measurements.

My current routine is 5 days on 2 days off, monday to friday I practice PE and on the weekends I’d like to take my rest days.

AM routine:

3 sets of 15 min’s of clamping with 5 minutes rest in between (I get an expension to about 5.5” MEG and a few hours after the session I seen to maintain around 5.25”)

PM routine:

3 sets of 20 minutes hanging with 10 minutes rest inbetween currently I hang 5lb’s either SD or BTC, ideally I’d like to work up to about 13lb’s and stick to that for a while.

Supplement wise I use a micro-dose of 5mg of Cialis ED to keep my EQ healthy and better my clamping workouts.

I have no expectations but I hope to be around 7.5” BPEL and 5.5” MEG after 4 months, I’ll keep you guys updates.

You have been around for a while so I am sure you already know this but just a word of caution…

There are added risk when doing advanced girth routines while hanging… I know you know but had to mention it again.

There are added risk when clamping sets are longer then 10-12 minutes. Make sure you are monitoring your temp and colour (not too cold and not too purple).

There are added risk starting out a clamping routine without rest days… I would go as far as to say you really really shouldn’t clamp five days straight.

If you have to do these “together” I would ask if you have thought about maybe hanging for three weeks followed by a week of clamping and repeat?

I know you are a veteran but just wanted to make sure you have fully evaluated your new routine.

I’ve been hanging since August 2018 and just last week added a few clamping sessions of 2-3 sets of 5 mins every other day.

My bone pressed flaccid length has just jumped up by more than 0.5cm - I felt I was at a plateau with the hanging and maybe the clamping has kicked started something but hanging and clamping for me has worked (so far).

Maybe those gains are down to persistence with the hanging, but it’s hard to rule out when the change has happened pretty soon after clamping. I’m going for length mainly but really like the pump feeling you get from clamping.
