Hello I decided to monitor my progress on this forum:

So end of week 1:

Morning BPFSL : 17 cm
After session BPFSL : 18 cm

BPFSL will be the only posted measurement until actual BPEL change will occur. I can do hangs during work days, weekends are recovery/ light stretching based on the feeling.
Set length: 5 min
NIR lamp is used to warmup and thru out all sets.
Hanging sets start at 2kg and go slowly up by 0.5kg until I hit my 6% elongation goal, measurements are made right after the set without hanger.

Cooldown consists of one more set for 5 minutes during which I turn off the NIR lamp to cool under the pressure.

Also just a note in 10 days I am starting my HGH cycle its not related to PE but perhaps will play a role lets see.

First goal is hitting 20cm BPFSL

So funnily enough after 2 days of resting:

Week 2 1/5

Morning BPFSL : 18 cm
After session BPFSL : 18,5 cm

I assume this prevalent change is because of my past PE experience

Week 2 2/5

Morning BPFSL : 18 cm
After session BPFSL : 18,5 cm

I am thinking of measuring bone pressed only once a week I am too sore to be pushing hard into the bone, plus I am definitely not planning to add weights on daily basis so surely this will be enough. Lets see at the end of the month.

Seems like something is moving still but I will believe it once we hit 20 cause there is no way I could pull it that far without ripping my penis off when I started.

Honestly once I hit 20 BPFSL then the real battle will start getting it as BPEL.

If by some miracle my progress speed will continue I will hit 20cm BPFSL by the end of the year. I am not sure if its going this fast thanks to my previous experience or thanks to supplements or NIR lamp or HGH but I am 100% sure all of those combined help.

One more week and I will measure BPEL

Lately I am measuring with vac hanger still on, pulling and measuring is nor really accurate for me. I measure sitting legs spread and pulling outwards with VAC hanger on but pulling with my force only, so now its always the same kind of pull with hands it always differs.

I had no progress with 4kg anymore so I upped the weight I am up at 5kg now its comfortable and it made me have more results I would say its 20cm if I push in hard and pull hard during measuring. Once it will become easy to pull and measure at 20 I think that’s when BPEL might come. Maybe a thing to mention my erections were always rock hard but it seems like it went up perhaps not with actually hardness but I would say volume must increased even my girl can tell its painfully hard for her sometimes.

Hoy many hours per day are u hanging? Everyday? Im hanging too with your same starting BPFSL. Im aiming 20 BPEL. Some tipo or experiencie to share? Are u only hanging or doing girth too?

- I don’t do girth work its already above avarage would be too much for my girl

I am still skeptical I don’t really think its some real gains I would call it just tendon tenderizing so far my erection was kind of tight and upwards.
And actually I only did 5minutes sets I start 2kg then 2.5 kg then 3kg 3.5 kg and 4kg for 2-3 sets of 5 minutes. 5 times a week.

Now that it became kind of easy I start at 3kg 5 min then 4kg 5 min and then 5kg 5 minutes sets. 5kg I do up to 20 minutes but my set will never be longer then 10 minutes so for example 2x5 min and 1x 10min based on soreness from vac hanger.

Also I have NIR lamp. Not sure if it helps but well maybe.
I am a realist so I would say my measurements can be improving because when I measure I push the ruler hard into fat pad so maybe after weeks fat on that specific part becomes softer so you can press deeper, or length gains might be caused by pumping of the head from vac hanger.

So once my actually BPEL will increase that’s when I will know, or when my BPFSL will be 20 before session then I will be first to tell its definitely improvement. One thing I am sure is erections are stupid full its like 110% and my girl can tell the difference so it has benefits. Also I pull my dick thru out the day and do helicopters just to make him hang lower. But maybe good thing I have some older photos measuring hard so it will be easy to spot increase once its there.
