Hanging Report pushing 1 inch in 6 weeks
Posting this to keep myself on track. Keeping Excel sheet for sets and length measurements every day.
MEASUREMENTS:
January 24 - 16-16.5 cm range BPEL (Started)
March 9 - 18-18.5 cm range BPEL ==>> GAIN 2 CM
NOTES:
- Usually split my sets, in the morning and at least 1 set before I go to bed.
- Totalman Sleeve - 4 hours during day and 4 hours at night, right after my sessions.
- Totalman compression hanging.
- 100 jelling after completion of all sets.
- Jerk off twice a day after sessions. Taking some key Ayurvedic herbs for EQ.
- NO BREAK DAYS, each session 20 mins, every day progress:
EXERCISE:
Jan 24 - Started with 10 lbs gradually increasing from 2 session to 4 session per day.
Feb 7 - upped the weight to 12 lbs, gradually increasing from 3 sessions to 5 sessions per day, riding fatigue to 10lbs, 8lbs.
Mar 7 - started to use FIR during hanging, upped the weight to 13 lbs, doing 4 sessions per day at the moment. Will up to 5 sessions next week.
