Hanging Report pushing 1 inch in 6 weeks

Posting this to keep myself on track. Keeping Excel sheet for sets and length measurements every day.

MEASUREMENTS:
January 24 - 16-16.5 cm range BPEL (Started)
March 9 - 18-18.5 cm range BPEL ==>> GAIN 2 CM

NOTES:
- Usually split my sets, in the morning and at least 1 set before I go to bed.
- Totalman Sleeve - 4 hours during day and 4 hours at night, right after my sessions.
- Totalman compression hanging.
- 100 jelling after completion of all sets.
- Jerk off twice a day after sessions. Taking some key Ayurvedic herbs for EQ.
- NO BREAK DAYS, each session 20 mins, every day progress:

EXERCISE:
Jan 24 - Started with 10 lbs gradually increasing from 2 session to 4 session per day.

Feb 7 - upped the weight to 12 lbs, gradually increasing from 3 sessions to 5 sessions per day, riding fatigue to 10lbs, 8lbs.

Mar 7 - started to use FIR during hanging, upped the weight to 13 lbs, doing 4 sessions per day at the moment. Will up to 5 sessions next week.

Wow, that’s a very aggressive PE program. I’m not sure how many others, if any, could replicate it and have the same results. I encourage you to insert some down days to your program to allow your penis time to rest and recover. I also encourage you to pay close attention to your PI’s.

I strained the right bottom side of my penis it feels like. Nothing bad but there is this overstretched feel/pain. I am taking some days off to see it will recover, massaging with oil and FIR. Any ideas what this might be ?

Shallow (skin) or deeper?

It is shallow. Feels like a pinch, comes and goes, a bit of burning sensation sometimes.

How is morning wood and erections?

Ok so this is just my humble opinion and you can take it as you wish but here it is…

Congrats on your results so far but I think you’re going way, way too hard too early and your injury is but a small taste of what’s to come if you keep this up.

You simply don’t need to go that hard to get results as well. I’m also a newbie and I’ve added 3.5cm in just under 4 months which is comparable to what you’ve achieved and I’ve only been hanging 3-4lbs 5 on:2 off as well as 5 weeks of decon in that time. My rate of growth has been consistent throughout. In fact some of my measurements have gone up at a higher rate during decon breaks.

Have a good look thru 5.5 and Longerstretch’s threads and what they have to say about rest days and decon breaks. There’s a goldmine of info there

Thanks for the guidance and opening my eye. I am definitely going to take probably April off for decon!

I was following the Hanging 101 guide on this forum by blink2000 which is based on Bib’s routine. 5 days on 2 days active off, increasing weight by 1lbs weekly to gradually reach max weight to feel fatigue in first 1-2 sets (which then I drop it to lower weights in later sets). Bib’s approach is that if there is no fatigue, there is no growth. I think my injury happened because I increased the weight from 13lbs to 15lbs, which I shouldn’t have. I was just curious to see if I would get fatigue quicker.

However, there seems to be a whole different strategy to hanging which is your approach with lower weights and lowers sets that I am reading in Longerstretch’s posts. I didn’t yet see the exact routine’s in his post as I need to still continue study to digest his material. What’s this routine, or what’s your routine that got you 3.5 cm?

Not a problem. I basically copied 5.5s routine. Search for his thread “hanging with FIRe”.

So why is this method completely opposite of Bib’s method? (light weight, less sets, no riding the fatigue).

Is it because of the FIR heat or something else?

Also which is the primary angle? BTC, SD, SO?

Can it be done with SO as I already have setup under my desk and it’s very good for multitasking?

Other than the inconvenience, BTC/SD changes your erection angle down, which that’s not what I want. I want my erections to curve up. So that’s also why I am wondering.

Wow applaud you for the progress but they definitely need to update the sticky’s I was researching and also started using outdated methods but I just started and have since switched to something similar to 5.5 methods

I am also trying to figure out my routine, got the weights sorted out.

0.1 MPA > 4.4 LBS
0.17 MPA > 7.5 LBS
20% up for cool down > 9LBS

What was your starting weight, duration, incremental weight increases, etc?

Do you mind if you could pleaseshare your routine?

I’ve been getting this also after a long hanging session. My erections are rock hard but, I feel a twinge of pain and an itchy (sometimes red) puffiness form on the bottom left of my shaft during these erections. They usually go away after a few days. Might be a positive thing?
