Hebrewhammer's Journey
This is the back story. I attempted PE in early 2015 with a starting point of 8" BPEL and 5.5"meg. I went through some life changes and stopped. The routine consisted of jelqing, stretching and a water pump. Over the past few years my life habits were trash (drunk most nights, hungover most mornings and occasional cocaine use). Around January of 2019 I pulled out the ruler and measured my BPEL and it had been 7.5" and as far as I could tell my EQ hadn’t diminished. I decided to do something about it and started PE again.
February 2019
Bathmate sessions 3 5min sessions
Jelqing and stretching between BM sessions
3 days on 1 day off
Ending BPEL 7.875" meg 5.625" and EQ was boosted a bit
March 2019
Same as February until March 18.
March 18 started using an extender between 4-5 hours a day in increments of 1hour, taking rest days when something didn’t feel right. Dropped the jelqs completely and dropped the BM sessions to once per week at 2 7.5min sessions. Minor stretching prior to putting the extender on.
March 20 I was doing between 5-8 hours a day in increments of 2-3 hours.
Ending BPEL 7.875" meg 5.75" BPFSL went from 7.5" -8" EQ dropped a bit.
