Well I am doing the newbie routine of 2 on 1 off warming up and jelqing and I am on my 5th day, so I already did 2 on and a day of rest where my EQ seemed to improve but on this day I have noticed that I got a bit of a decrease after the jelqing session. Tomorrow is a rest day.

1.-Whether my EQ improves or not tomorrow is this normal and will my EQ increase over time?

2.-Do jelqers experience great EQ when jelqing and the worse than normal from starting point erections after stopping?

In my opinion 2 days on 1 days off may be too much, at least for me personally. I’d suggest creating a bit more complex routine like 2 days on 2 days off 1 day on 1 day off 2 days on 2 days off etc. See what’s working better for yourself.

Also if my EQ isn’t the best but I can still get it hard should I keep on going?

There is a phrase which you see all the time here- PE is a marathon not a sprint etc. That’s 100% true. You can easily get an injury by being overzealous. I’ve been there myself at least 2 times, thanks god there was no permanent damage but it hindered gains.

So I’d suggest letting your thing recover fully and starting a new cycle with an updated routine. Try to work your unit well enough but not to do too much so that you don’t give yourself any injuries.

It will save your time in a way, that’s for sure. Not to mention the health of your penis.
