Help - My Quest For EQ Recovery after InjuryIllness
Hi All
I’m on the path to recovery from what I suspect was a ligament strain of some sort and also an internal infection that lasted 8 weeks.
I’m 7.2 NBPEL x 4.8 MSEG so I am happy enough with my size, I am lacking in terms of EQ so I’m looking to push its health, function and performance to where it should be.
I’m not looking to do any exercises that carry any risks. Probably focusing on Edging, Kegals and regular blood flow.
Looking for any advice on low impact, risk free techniques to work on.
Also taking some supplements to help: 25mg Zinc, 500mg L-arginine, Odourless garlic. Regulate Ginger and Green tea drinks.
