Yes, there are quite a few. But haven’t you noticed how it took longer for manual stretchers to achieve those gains than others doing more advanced stuff?
For example, are you familiar with Stan from Pegym? He went from close to 23cm bpel, to close to 26cm bpel, in 4-5 years aproximately, going on and off as he stated ONLY manual SO and after some he changed the angles a bit, no heat before/after, no rest days, no jelqing/clamping, he was only concentrating on kegels and stretching + edging and keeping a hard erection for 1-2hours from time to time.
And then you have the other guys, extender/hanger users, PEdude or something on reddit gained over 2,5cm in 1year using the extender everyday for multiple hours, multiple other hangers which I spoke to, mulejuicemcquaid zeke cavalier and there are a few more, these are well known Pegym members, gained over 2,5cm in 1-2years as well.
There is another manual stretching gainer example, he was a MOS member I believe, I recently posted a link from imgur showing how he went from 9bpel to over 10bpel but it doesn’t specify the time it took.
