Did 40mins extender today.

Now I have been using my ads religously last few weeks. Avaraging 1 extender session per day.

Going to do an experiment 1 week without ads and two sessions per day. Going to take my bpfsl before and after 1 week of this.

Did 32mins extender session today.

Did 33minute extending today.

Did 37mins extending today. Also a bad pumping session since I lost my glans ring, got a bit depressed from not seeing a good number in the pump destroyed my mood for the rest of the day.

Ok, so today I did 32mins extending.

I think consistency with pe everyday is more important for results than wearing an ads all the time. Im going to focus a lot more on doing more active PE and not thinking about PE in between. Thinking about pe all the time which is inevitable when wearing an ads all the time is a big risk of burn out.

I have seen so many huge length gainers 2-3 inches that never used ads and many even did manual stretching only routines.

Yes, there are quite a few. But haven’t you noticed how it took longer for manual stretchers to achieve those gains than others doing more advanced stuff?
For example, are you familiar with Stan from Pegym? He went from close to 23cm bpel, to close to 26cm bpel, in 4-5 years aproximately, going on and off as he stated ONLY manual SO and after some he changed the angles a bit, no heat before/after, no rest days, no jelqing/clamping, he was only concentrating on kegels and stretching + edging and keeping a hard erection for 1-2hours from time to time.
And then you have the other guys, extender/hanger users, PEdude or something on reddit gained over 2,5cm in 1year using the extender everyday for multiple hours, multiple other hangers which I spoke to, mulejuicemcquaid zeke cavalier and there are a few more, these are well known Pegym members, gained over 2,5cm in 1-2years as well.
There is another manual stretching gainer example, he was a MOS member I believe, I recently posted a link from imgur showing how he went from 9bpel to over 10bpel but it doesn’t specify the time it took.

Well im thinking just on this site brown6,5x6,5 gained over 2 inches SFL from only manual stretching never used ads. dsDany gained 1,5 inch SFL from only manual. Lightning gained also 1,5inch or so from only manual stretching. And bananamanstory gained 1,5 inch SFL from using extender high force 1 hour per day no ads.

Ok today I did 32minutes extender.

Im going to start hanging for 4weeks with ads and then 4 weeks without just to see if there is any difference. My experience with extending showed I gained when I extended every day wether I used an ads or not.

Plan is 1 hour hang morning. 30min extender evening 1 hour hanging evening.

Did 34min extending today.

Did 28min extending today. Measured an easy 21,8bpfsl today a positive PI pre extending.

Hey, I am a new PEer and doing the Newbie Routine. But there is one doubt about Kegels.

After I press the BC muscle(I know I press the right position, because when I press it, the pee stop), but after few hours, when I pee again, the pee color is dark with red color.

Is that blood? What happen?? Is this normal?
