Hi everyone,
I joined recently Thunder’s Place. However, I’m familiar with PE because I already tried to get some gains in the past. Unfortunately, it never worked for me because I wasn’t convinced that it could work. So I wasn’t constant. The only things I was able to observe were negative effects like red dots on the penis, especially on the glans, loss of EQ and turtle effect. Finally, I abandoned due to my lack of knowledge and motivation.
But few weeks ago, I discovered Thunder’s Place for the first time. Seeing all this shared knowledge in the forum, the gains some were able to obtain and this encouraging community convinced me to give it a try. I would like to gain 3 cm in length (it’s a little bit more than 1 inch) and some girth.
To be honest, when I registered I couldn’t imagine that I will soon write a thread. But I also wanna share my experience because I’m convinced it’s the essence of the forum.
So, I began the newbie routine last week, 2 days on 1 day off. (5’ warm up, 5’ stretches and 5’ jelqing). Also, I’m randomly doing some Kegels during the day.
Usually, after more than a week, I already have the red dots. This time it’s not the case! Possibly because I’m doing well warm-ups thanks to advice I found on the forum.
For the moment I will continue this one despite the fact that I only lost EQ and morning wood (normally I have it every day, now almost never) Is that normal?
PS :
I read on this forum that some people advise to take a week off (or more) for the gains.
Isn’t it working like you have to wait some BPFSL gains before to rest, in order to regain EQ, in order to finally gain in BPEL?
Has it sense to take rests during the newbie routine? How much weeks off and how much frequently?
