So I have been doing PE for about 14 weeks, had done it inconsistently in the past. I started at BPEL 5.65 EG 4.25. After 14 weeks I finally measured and I was BPEL 6.125 and an EG of 4.5 (started losing 100% erection so probably a little thicker as well). I can’t tell you how excited I was. Routine has been very basic manual stretches, Jelqs and for the past 6 weeks I added the Bathmate to my routine. My long term goal would be BPEL 7.25 and EG 5.5. Any suggestions to tweek my routine a little?

If it’s working don’t change a thing. Maybe try constant heat.

1/2” L and 1/4” G in about 3 months is awesome and 6” milestone is cool.

I would suggest sticking with your current routine for another 3 months or until gains are not coming any more.


Start 4/25/16 at 5.75 NBPEL, 7 BPEL, 5.25 MEG - 6/7/16 6.2 NBP, 7.3 BPEL, 5.3 MEG - 1st Goal is 7 NBP and 5.5 MEG by end of 2016

The suggestions above for using heat is dead on. Thanks to Titleist I began adding heat to my pumping and hanging. Saw improvements right away.

Consider adding some type of all day stretch (whether wrapping your unit to keep it a bit elongated, or hanging a PE weight or golf weight all day, or a 60 second stretch every time you go to pee). This has helped me as well.

As for the tweaking, the consensus seems to be that if you’re gaining, don’t change it. What has your routine been in more detail? (Time spent stretching, jelqing, bathmate etc) As I understand it you could focus on length or girth gain or keep it the way it is now and get a bit of both. Also have you been doing kegels? They’re wonderful. Keep it up!

Yes, I have a primary benefactor. As far as the routine I tend to train 5-6 days a week. Usually never more than 30 mins.
Workout 1
- Manual Stretches all directions total time 15 mins
- Bathmate 12-15 mins
Workout 2
- Jelq 5-8 mins, just started adding squash jelq 2 sets about 1 min each
- Bathmate 12-15mins
Workout 3
- Bathmate 12-15 min
- Manual Stretches

Thats pretty much all I have been doing, along with doing a ton of kegels during the day
