Sup boys, my name is Lucas I’m 26 years old and I’m from Brazil.
Saw Thunder last year and after read a bunch of nice stories here, a bunch of knowledge I decide to create my thread to ( Maybe in some year I could be a inspiring of someone as some warriors is for me right know)
I started the newbie on November, bought a extender and for one month I follow a routine of 5/2 (on/off) I saw some small gains but I’m now sure how much because I didn’t measure right I guess. But from what I could see was something close to 0.4cm (0.15 inches)
In December was a rush month for me and I didn’t follow a routine, but in January I’m back and wanna do the best that I can and lets see what I can gain.

The main reason that I wanna gain is to can do more positions, win more flaccid ( since I was a little this is something that bothers me) that way I can see I can improve some columns of self steam that is missing.

So I took some measures on the beginning of the year and this is my numbers

November : NBPEL : 5.35 (13.6cm)
BSEG : 4.7 (12 cm)
Flaccid : 3.14 (8cm)

January : NBPEL : 5.5 (14cm) Hard EQ
BSEG : 4.7 (12 cm)
Flaccid : 3.14 (8cm)

Being honest I didn’t measure BPEL, and I don’t care to much on this stat, I’m 15-16% of body fat right know so I would win maybe 0.19 inches more

Right know I’m doing this routine

5 mins warm up with rice socks
3x30sec of stretching (up down left right)
200 wet jelqs 3 sec each one

My plan is to stick with just manual exercises for the first 3 months, if I’m feeling good I increase my jelqs, but mostly I’m listening to my body and penis, focus on quality and I’m with no rush, the progress will come.

Is always good to set some goals, I wanna do something that’s is reasonable so for my first year
1 inch of length
0.40 of girth
1 inch of flaccid (improve girth to, BC my flaccid I loose a lot of girth)

So that’s it boys 2021 its going to be a good year!

This totally normal. Everyone is like this. This is the way that the body protects you from external injures..

A quick update

Looks like my dick shrunk on this months. Idk if was that I won some weight or that I’m doing something wrong.

I’m going to take the measures today again and I post here a resume of this almost three months

Shrinking, also called “turtling” can be a signal that you are over stressing your penis and it needs a rest. Are you still doing a 5/2 schedule? Take a couple more days off and re check then.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I changed to 2 on 1 off but could be another reasons? Masturbating or even sex. If I’m not doing one I’m doing the other one so could be.
Maybe cut the masturbating for some days.

Yes all of that impacts your penis health. A shrinking dick is a negative PI indicating it is fatigued and needs some time off. So some part of your penis focused activity needs to be reduced for a day or more to allow your penis to recover.
