Hello guys! I’m a newbie looking forward to see great gains with time. Hope everyone is giving their all to succeed for their goals, I think that every man should be sexually happy not only with their partner, but also themselves. And because I seek a happier life and more positivity, I think that PE will help me to believe in myself more than I do now. I actually started doing my program 3 weeks ago:

*Warm up in a hot bath for 10 minutes, do all around stretches.
*50 Kegels holding 1-2 seconds.
*Bathmate for 5 minutes - low to average pressure.
*Jelqing with OK grip for 5 minutes.
*Bathmate for 5 minutes - average to high pressure.
*Jelqing with OK grip for 5 minutes.
*Bathmate for 5 minutes - high pressure.
*Jelqing with OK grip for 5 minutes.
*50 Kegels holding 3-5 seconds.
*Cooling down for 3 minutes.

I haven’t been tracking when I do rest days, but I do the program for 4 or 5 days. I haven’t measured my progress yet, but I do see that the girth is bigger and penis is a bit longer. I was thinking that it’s because my erection quality is better now. Before I would cum and could not go further, but now I already can go for a second and a third round! It made me happy to see that the exercises have a positive effect on me!

So, I will be posting here not just about my journey for a bigger pleasure rod, but also about how it changes my life, my relationships, my self-worth and happiness!

I will keep doing PE for as long as I’ll want to. But for now, my short term goals are:

* NBPEL: 6.5 inches
* EG: 4.8

At the moment my:
*NBPEL is: 6 inches
*EG is: 4.3 inches
