I'm New To P.E. - Progress Report

Trying to keep the faith, but after measuring today, super bummed. 1st measurement got me 1/16” more, but I couldn’t duplicate it. Stuck at the same 6 6/16” BPEL.


5-28-16: NBPEL 5 & 8/16. BPEL 6 & 3/16. Mg 4 & 4/16.

10-17-16: NBPEL 5 & 8/16. BPEL 6 & 6/16. Mg 4 & 8/16

Goal: NBPEL 7x5.5

Taking 1 week off.

Just finished 1 week of P.E. 3 days only this week. Incorporating A stretch for 1 more week, then will switch to a new stretch.

Last week, i did one week of newbie routine, plus some extra time stretching. 3 intense sessions.

One more week, then add a new stretch.

Pain

So Ive been having pain when I stretch directly downward or down and to the right. Only these angles. It hurts where my dick meets my body. For awhile, I thought it was the stretching of the skin that caused the pain, until I felt around in this area.

Where my dick meets my body and very Slightly to the left of center, I feel a tiny knot (size of a Nerd candy) that is tender. It appears to be on the ligament area..

Does anybody have info/experience on this?

FYI, Ive been taking it fairly light last couple weeks. 1-2 hard sessions a week, then a couple 5 min light routines. I also had my first lig pop (i believe it was) 2 weeks ago…

Read it page for page. Good luck on your journey. I started today but I wanna be practical about gains outside of my doubts about p.e. From what I gather its best for a beginner to state out light and take the EQ as a positive. I’m never going over 200 and will do 2 on 1 off at the most. Great thread and ill be following to see your improvements

I am currently having sharp pain on my left side where my dick meets my body. If i stretch up and left, it doesnt pull this sensitive area as much, but every other direction, there is pain.
I think i pulled something. What i thought was a “lig pop” seems it was much more. Maybe a light torn ligament..Not sure.

But I am having to stop P.E. altogether until it stops hurting.

I regret that week where I pulled extremely hard for longer than normal time. Take it easy, dont expect huge gains right away. Eq gains come right away for sure, even from light routines. Those are gains too-they can come and go, though.
Flaccid gains come fast too, an inch easy. Hardness and fuller dick is what you’ll be giving her, and she does notice it.
