I'm New To P.E. - Progress Report

Broke Down And Measured

So I’ve edged and ejaculated 3 times in 2 days. Time to chill out now. Anyways, I measured. This is the first time I measured girth since 5-28-16. Definitely gained girth since then, I’ve noticed in the mirror. 1/4” in both MEG and BG.

Also, my Bone pressed lost 1/16”, while my NON bone pressed gained 1/16”.

There are a couple of potential reasons for this peculiar finding on the length.
1) I’ve gained some weight (on purpose, mostly muscle-but some fat), so more fat pad?
2) Mis-measurement either times.
3) 3 Ejaculations in 2 days

Now 8-13-16:

NBPEL: 5 & 9/16
BPEL: 6 & 5/16
MG: 4 & 8/16
BG: 4 & 12/16

I’m definitely happy with the girth gains!!

My length measurement is bittersweet. Loss on BONE pressed, gain on NON BONE pressed. I consider this no-change.

Next time I measure will be 8-28-16.
I’m shooting to solidify my NON bone pressed, and get the bone pressed back up 1/16”.

I can’t wait to deload 12 days then continue newbie routine again!! I decided I will only add DLD blasters once gains subside for a month.

So I’ve just finished up my 2 week decon break, and man how tough its gotten the last few days to hold out.

Two days ago I measured BPEL-it was the same, however, NBPEL was shorter by 1/8” ! Ouch! Then this morning before my routine, I had a wood, but my corpus spongiosum was real weak. Usually when I pinch it down with my hand, it will inflate as soon as I kegel it, like a water hose when you turn it on. But with 2 weeks of no P.E., it was super weak and didn’t inflate!

Needless to say, I’m very excited to get this girth and length back, and much more!

Btw this morning just a warm up and stretching for 10 minutes. I will do the first couple routines light.

I’m stretching in 5 directions. Each direction I hold for 30 seconds, then pull a little more for 30 seconds. I do that for a total of 2 minutes at each direction.

Monday will make it about 2 weeks of my current routine since my decon break.

I feel like I’ve gained back what I lost during decon.

Firegoat suggested I try a routine that consists of 2 more intense days, then 2 light days, then 1 medium day, then rest. Then start over.

I have been doing this.
I’ve also been breathing into a relaxed stretch, then holding, and stretching slightly further and holding, until I can’t stretch any further (and doing this for each direction).

On Monday, I will apply ThoughtForGold’s theory by doing DLD Blasters in place of my normal stretching. Jelqing will remain the same.

I will do this for 2 weeks then switch back to normal stretching.

Can’t wait!

Time to gain more!

Just be careful of doing too much. The DLD Blaster is more intense than basic stretching is. So your training reps with it have no comparable proportion to the stretches you were doing. But it is an excellent length exercise by my observations.

I also recommend limiting your measurement sessions, they can demotivate you more than you realize.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

CB’s monthly checkup here haha. I’m also guilty of measuring a bit more than recommended, but if you take averages you should get a real not-so-momentary data point. So if you were discouraged, just measure again a few days later. Also take note of the other (possibly more important) changes like morning wood and ease of erections. They can be a precursor for gains and keeping an eye on PIs is always good. Did you ever get an IR lamp? I’d highly recommend it. It’s like a hot shower head without the water being in the way.

I like the progressive stretches like you describe (30 seconds relaxing into the stretch, then a little more, and a little more), I do a very similar thing and made great progress. JAIs are fantastic too. Lots of choice in the stretches department! If you do go for the DoubleLongDaddy stretch, do post your experience and opinions on it.

If I understand your posts correctly you’re doing 5 on 2 off now? How are you liking that so far? I usually like the fully off days where I just kegel and edge.

Point taken. I just fooled around with the form of DLD Blasters and I feel the intensity compared to normal stretching.

Has anyone made gains using your theory or similar theories? Or are we more or less the firsts to go on record using it?

Hey CB, hows it going?

I didn’t get the IR lamp, but I am using an electrical heater, and its been giving me awesome constant heat. I felt like it be a lot easier to use the heater we already have ( and more stealth) than getting IR lamp.

I haven’t had the same consistent morning/evening wood as I was prior to my decon break, but I had decent wood last night, so hopefully its a good sign.

I can’t wait to do JAI stretches!! After 2 weeks of DLD and 2 weeks of normal stretch, I will do 2 weeks of JAI stretching.

How’s your gains coming along?

Most basic PE theory is based on this one. My theory isn’t exactly new. And others have gained but it isn’t something I recorded for reference. Typically, staying within the realm of the reasonable keeps the gains coming and my theory gives a Harder than average definition of reasonable to the average PE user.

I’d love to pretend I made it up all my own and I was first to use it. But far from it.

Today was my first day incorporating the DLD blasters. Let me tell you what I think.

10 min shower head warm up

Constant heat:
Stretched down, left, right
Then stretched up towards belly while laying down. I did 50 kegels during this (this is the first part of the DLD Blaster routine)
Finished with stretching straight out.

Warm up for 5 more minutes with showerhead

Wet jelq for 5 minutes

Then the 2nd half of the DLD blaster, using the A Stretch. I only did 50 instead of the 100 though.

When I was done, my flaccid was noticeably longer than after a normal stretching session.

5 more minutes wet jelq

10 minutes edging

2 min warm down shower head

Its been a couple of hours, my flaccid is still thicker and longer than normal days.

So far so good!

I will repeat this regiment for tomorrow also.

If you lose bone pressed and gained on non bone pressed, that means, you lost fat pad.

Very frustrated!
Just measured for my monthly measuring.

Not only did i not gain length, but possibly lost 1/16”.

I consistently got 6 4/16” BPEL, and only once I reached 6 5/16” (where I was at one month ago)

My NBPEL barely grazed 5.5”. Previously measured at 5 9/16”

So not only did I NOT gain anything, but i may have slightly lost.

I have been very consistent and diligent with PE. This is very frustrating.

I will measure again Monday after my weekend break to see if it was bad EQ or what.

UNTIL THEN, does anybody have any input on this?

I did mention before that the DLD Blaster is a high intensity exercise. It looks like you ran it way too many reps at starting. You have to balance reps and intensity with light fatigue. When you take your body to the limits muscles reward you, your penis will resist you.

Any time, and I do mean ANY TIME you post a loss on size you need to rest with no PE, reassess your routine. Probably ease back reps or intensity. Or take a new approach with an entirely different routine.

Maybe. Shoukdnt have measured right afrer my routine.

In any case, 2 weeks of DLD blasters is done. now back to the normal newbie routine, changing the grip on my jelq for 2 weeks.

Hey, hoping for the best. I still suggest some rest before getting back to your routine. You did start showing a loss. And given your intermittent issues through the last few weeks I’d recommend rest at least a week or two.

Im going to take this week or 2 off. I will consider this my early decon break

So instead of going the full 6 weeks of workout before 2 week decon, i only did 4 weeks of workout.
