Updates and results after a month with my routine:
My BPEL went from 6.5" (16.5cm) to 7" (17.8cm), my MSEG went from 4.9" (12.5cm) to 5" (12.7cm), and the general shape shows more uniformity. The "baseball" lines are less preeminent. I’m very happy with those numbers. I knew that PE would produce results. And now, I BELIEVE it. More than ever. That might be the beginner’s luck and the improvement curve will fade a little over time. But so far I’m impressed with how PE can contribute. With a good routine, dedication and faith, gains show up without any doubt. The main combination of heat, wet jelqs and pump exercises done regularly and progressively to avoid injuries proved to be efficient. I am now modifying my routine by adding 10 more minutes of pump at 5Hg. My new routine is in my profile. I can now pump longer and stronger without getting doughnut and petechiae (red dots). That is a good sign that my unit is getting accustomed to the stress and can now handle a bit more. Heat is important. My flaccid state is also longer and heavier. I definitely feel it during most parts of the day. Erections are getting harder and fuller. I have introduced Maca into my diet yesterday. Two teaspoons per day. So far I did not have advert effects that some people have, such like loose stools, upset belly, etc. In fact I didn’t feel any change, which is a good sign on the first days. That means that the body tolerates it well. I look forward to see the effects building up after a couple of weeks. I will also add Ginseng to the diet in a month.
