Thank you to all the Thunder’sPlace forum members. Your work and research has inspired me to begin my own official journey. Using this Log to keep my self honest and to track my progress.
Short term goals:
1) 1 week of PE routine
2) 2 weeks of PE routine
3) 30 days of PE routine
Long term goals:
1) 3 months of PE routine
2) 6 months of PE routine
Because I am so excited to get started (and since I have a tendency to procrastinate by waiting for perfect conditions to start ) I am intentionally forgoing detailed measurements. I will add them to the log later in the week when I have time. As you can see from my goals I am focusing on consistency. I figure that I if I can be consistent, the improvement in health and gains will follow.
Current Measurements:
NBPEL: 5.875”
Routine:
-2 days on, 1 day off.
-4-5 days a week.
-Warm up: Hot wrap, or sweatpants + blankets or rice sock (If I can figure it out)
Stretching: 15-20 minutes (alternating forms of 30 second stretches).
Jelquing: 150 “Wet Jelqs” and 90 “V” Jelqs.
