Good morning, good afternoon or good evening depending on when you are reading this. I’ve decided to log my progress via this thread after I came back from my decon break. First of all I’d like to explain why this break was needed and why was it only a month. The break was due to me improperly estimating the correct amount of weight load and thus using one that’s too heavy. I experienced pain in the glans after each workout and my penis was spongy but tough at the same time. I believe I had hardened it and thus was spinning my wheels trying to push through this and just keep going. I decided a month later that I felt much better and was ready to restart the system.

My stats before the break were as follows:
16cm / 6.3in EL
18cm / 7.1in BPEL
14cm / 5.5in MSEG
11.5cm / 4.5in FL
12.5cm / 4.9in BPFL
10.5cm / 4.1in FG

And my current stats are as follows:
15.1cm / 5.9in EL
17.7cm / 7in BPEL
14.2cm / 5.6in MSEG
10.3cm / 4.1in FL
11.3cm / 4.5in BPFL
12cm / 4.7in FG

I have lost a tiny bit of length but gained a bit of girth so I think it is a fair trade. My flaccid stats and non-bone pressed stats are up in the air as my flaccid size varies. I’m usually turtled up, so I take the measurements just for the record. Same deal with the non-bone pressed measurements as I’m out of shape and thus have a sizable fat-pad.

My routine used to consist of:
Hanging: 6 sets x 20 minutes with 4.5kg load
Clamping: 3 sets x 10 minutes
(the clamp was padded and fastened to the limit
And of course edging, although I didn’t have fixed sets and stuff for it)

Of course, I got results this way for a few months but it was a pyrrhic victory. We are talking about heavy discolored dick that felt sore and somehow shorter than prior working out. Hanging was more often done with 3 sets, rather than 6 because of bad PI.

Current routine is similar, but with a new twist:
Hanging: 6 sets x 20 minutes with 1kg load
Clamping and edging: 5-10 minutes clamped with 5 minutes of rest, for a total of 1 hour.

Again clamping/edging time isn’t something set in stone, but it is usually along those lines.

That’s it. I feel better after hanging and discoloration is in appropriate limits. I’m certainly not counting the minutes left as I did with the heavier load and my penis after a set of hanging, feels much softer than it was a month ago. I was advised by flowsky to regulate my weight load properly and inspired by Houstonwoods to incorporate clamping and edging together. I’d like to thank them for that and I hope we would all reach our goals sooner.
Speaking of goals I haven’t really thought about them as I originally started very small (only 5.3x4.5in) and I guess getting the gold standard of 8x6in would be great for a start, but ultimately getting a 10x7in monster would be bonkers. I realize it wouldn’t be very practical to have such a tool, alas dreams are for free.
I intend to update this thread monthly, but I may chime in if an idea strikes me.

I wonder why you don’t start to hang with a vacuum cup and heating pad instead. Low weights and probably better chance to gain. Read 5.5Squared’s log.

Because I don’t do vacuum hanging. I use a simple setup that consists of a dumbell weight, a shoelace and a sock. No need to complicate things.

I forgot to add that I generally don’t use heat when I’m doing PE. What’s more I have been conditioning my body to withstand coldness via cold showers for 5 years.

Glad to help brother. I attribute a ton of my gains to edging and not cumming coupled with clamping/edging and not cumming. FYI I don’t use heat, either. Never have done warm ups or warm downs.

Current streak of edging without cumming is 32 days. I’m currently experiencing a flat-line, which means that the benefits usually occurring when one holds his seed for a long time, temporarily go underground. If one is usually more confident, has higher libido and generally finds himself acting more like a man and finding deeper meaning in the things he does and experiences when retaining his seed, then experiencing flat-line turns him into the complete opposite. That being said, I’m not going to give up my streak without a fight, so I will keep edging and clamping on until I can’t no more.

UPDATE:

Reset no ejaculation streak. Woke up post-ejaculation after drinking some alcohol. Nevertheless the load is lost and thus the clock stopped at 34 days. Back to square one.

UPDATE:
Resetting ejaculation streak due to having a wet dream. I feel a slight difference in the after-effects of experiencing a wet dreams and a fully conscious ejaculation orgasm.

When having a standard ejaculation I feel like it is a conscious decision and effort, maybe a little bit forced by passing the PONR, but still it can be controlled. I feel like I was hit by a freight train or had an official fight with prime Mike Tyson - I feel drained and powerless almost like a little girl, surrounded by bodybuilders/strongmen. It is quite intimidating and unpleasant to interact with other people for the next week or two, knowing they have much more muscle and brain power ready to use and can do pretty much whatever they want with you.

On the other hand wet dreams kind of feel like you can stop them by holding yourself tight or sheer willpower, but in the end I think it is predetermined in my case and I just wake up immediately after orgasm, only to find myself covered in cum. The aftereffects of having a wet dream aren’t as bad as regular ejaculation. Usually by the 2nd or 3rd day after cumming I’m good to go, but sometimes it may take a week.

Current streak stopped at 12 days. It may have been inevitable since I was experiencing “blue balls” quite a lot. The pain got stronger and stronger but I didn’t let go while edging. I just couldn’t allow myself to cum even though my body desperately screamed for release.

Ideally my goal when it comes to edging is to not ejaculate until I decide to have kids, so mind and body will be strong and sperm will be high quality and fully matured.

P.S forgot to add that penis doesn’t hurt or shrink as much when having a wet dream, like it does when having a standard ejaculatory orgasm. What’s more I sometimes get more and harder erections, which is never the case after a conscious orgasm. It is like being knocked-down (wet dream) versus being knocked-out (regular orgasm)

UPDATE: Yet another relapse, although this time it was voluntary. It seems hard to keep a load for long since I started taking fish oil. I could see that one coming after I just ended an hour+ worth of clamped edging, but the lure of PONR got the best of me that time and I went over it. No regrets though, if it happens it happens. Current streak went for 5 days

UPDATE: I should stop using “UPDATE” unless I’m actually updating the stats monthly as I said I would. Three time is the charm they say - another relapse. This time it caught me off-guard as I was edging. The load was little as well. I’ve noticed sometimes I can go for a long time without ejaculating and other times where everytime I try to edge I go past the PONR no matter what I do. Will keep trying though, since there is really nothing to lose.
