Good morning, good afternoon or good evening depending on when you are reading this. I’ve decided to log my progress via this thread after I came back from my decon break. First of all I’d like to explain why this break was needed and why was it only a month. The break was due to me improperly estimating the correct amount of weight load and thus using one that’s too heavy. I experienced pain in the glans after each workout and my penis was spongy but tough at the same time. I believe I had hardened it and thus was spinning my wheels trying to push through this and just keep going. I decided a month later that I felt much better and was ready to restart the system.
My stats before the break were as follows:
16cm / 6.3in EL
18cm / 7.1in BPEL
14cm / 5.5in MSEG
11.5cm / 4.5in FL
12.5cm / 4.9in BPFL
10.5cm / 4.1in FG
And my current stats are as follows:
15.1cm / 5.9in EL
17.7cm / 7in BPEL
14.2cm / 5.6in MSEG
10.3cm / 4.1in FL
11.3cm / 4.5in BPFL
12cm / 4.7in FG
I have lost a tiny bit of length but gained a bit of girth so I think it is a fair trade. My flaccid stats and non-bone pressed stats are up in the air as my flaccid size varies. I’m usually turtled up, so I take the measurements just for the record. Same deal with the non-bone pressed measurements as I’m out of shape and thus have a sizable fat-pad.
My routine used to consist of:
Hanging: 6 sets x 20 minutes with 4.5kg load
Clamping: 3 sets x 10 minutes
(the clamp was padded and fastened to the limit
And of course edging, although I didn’t have fixed sets and stuff for it)
Of course, I got results this way for a few months but it was a pyrrhic victory. We are talking about heavy discolored dick that felt sore and somehow shorter than prior working out. Hanging was more often done with 3 sets, rather than 6 because of bad PI.
Current routine is similar, but with a new twist:
Hanging: 6 sets x 20 minutes with 1kg load
Clamping and edging: 5-10 minutes clamped with 5 minutes of rest, for a total of 1 hour.
Again clamping/edging time isn’t something set in stone, but it is usually along those lines.
That’s it. I feel better after hanging and discoloration is in appropriate limits. I’m certainly not counting the minutes left as I did with the heavier load and my penis after a set of hanging, feels much softer than it was a month ago. I was advised by flowsky to regulate my weight load properly and inspired by Houstonwoods to incorporate clamping and edging together. I’d like to thank them for that and I hope we would all reach our goals sooner.
Speaking of goals I haven’t really thought about them as I originally started very small (only 5.3x4.5in) and I guess getting the gold standard of 8x6in would be great for a start, but ultimately getting a 10x7in monster would be bonkers. I realize it wouldn’t be very practical to have such a tool, alas dreams are for free.
I intend to update this thread monthly, but I may chime in if an idea strikes me.
