Hi guys how are you .
i’ve been peing since 21 january 2017 . i took 3 weeks break . and another 2 weeks .
my initial size is ( 7.2” bp x 5.3” mseg ) when good erection .
now im ( 7.7bp x 5.7 mseg ) at most .
my short term goal is 8 bpx6 .
and my long term goal is ( 8.5bp x 6.5 mseg ) i will be happy if i get 8.2bpx6.25 mseg.
i did dry jelq ( only first month ), ulis and stretches. i hit the plateau .

so my new routine is :
5mins warmup .
10 mins wet jelq(6 sec for stroke)
5 ulis (1min for each one)

when i wet jelq i get very aroused an i get the urge to cum ?? any help ???

seems i lost some gains when i took my second break ( 2 weeks ) . last time i did test in roll of 5.7” circumference( kitchen roll ) and i did not fit . today i fit . i hope i will restore my lost gains .

new routine : 5mins warmup + 15 mins jelqing +5 ulis(1 min each)

Try not to overtrain. Not only is it easy to do but it will affect you mentally.

You could lose size from it, have a shrunken flaccid size, poor EQ, and other bad things.

yes i already have bad eq . and i lost some gains before . thats why i had to lighten my routine .

now . i’m doing kegel i hope my erection will get better . thanks mate

Had a good erection for a minutes yesterday. I measured my length im 8bp. And 8.3 bpfsl.

My gains till now : 0.75” bp x 0.4 mseg

Post for motivation whenever i lose hope .

new size +8.1” bone pressed and 5.75” meg and 6” at the base (cemented) .

New routine : 10min ultimate jelq 6sec/stroke , 8 ulis 30 sec . 2 days on and 1 off

i took 1 month off and other month on , i got a better shape , more uniform girth than before + wider glans .

so my gains are 1”x0.5” .

Can all these side effects of overtraining be corrected or reversed?

Hi guys , i ve seen 5.9” mid girth , and then i lose it bc i took 10 days off due to overtraining ,
now im at the old size ( 5.7” mid shaft ) . it is been 4 months without gaining , altough i took more than 1 month off before(august) , im suffering from low erection wich i think it’s the reason im not gaining .

so im plateaued at 5.7” girth , im very frustrated , i was hoping to be 6” girth at the end of 2017 , now it’s only a dream .

so my new long term goal is 6” girth .

my routine is 15 mins ultimate jelq , added slow squash jelq (10 reps x 30 sec/rep ) .

it is very hard to gain girth when newbie gains are past .
