Journey to a Strong Schlong

Hello,

My penis is currently 5.75 inches long, 5.5 inches in width erect. As my name suggests, my ultimate goal is an 8 inch long penis. Maybe also 6 inches width. However, I would feel pretty good about myself if I can reach 7 inches in length at least. As the saying goes, "Reach for the moon, even if you fall short, you’ll land among the stars."

I did manual stretching a few years ago for 3-4 months. I was 5.5 inches in length and reached 6 inches or just a bit short of that. It’s was non bone-pressed so I could have been off by a bit. It seems after I stopped I lost some of those gains but my penis retained .25 inches permanently.

I bought a Bib Starter and my goal is to work up to hanging 2 hours every day consistently.

I started yesterday, hung 7.5lb for 4 sets of 20m

Today, the 7.5lb was stretching the sore skin rather painfully, though it subsided after the first minute of hanging. After the first set I dropped the weight to 5lb and did 3 more sets. Felt good.

I wanted to do more but my skin felt pretty sore. Going to keep using 5lb and let my penis acclimate for a few days before working up to 2 hours.

I’m no expert, but I did the 5^5 hanging with FIRe protocol and gained an inch in just about a month using 2.5lbs 1 hour hang. I ended up with that weight by measuring 104% strain. Im now two weeks into my second go and 104% strain is 6lbs. I’m probably a weird case, but I’ve gained 3/16" in this second round. Maybe with heat you dont need to hang for 2 hours or use super high weights.

Either way Go for it! It’s going to be awesome to have an 8x6. I was going to stop at 7", but Go big or go home dude!

Bib used to provide support for his hangers here; if you go back to the early threads in the hanging subforum you’ll find plenty of advice and tips. And there’s his official support forum, of course.

Compression hanging is out of fashion at the moment, but a lot of the big gainers on Thunder’s were Bib users.

I am very excited for the gains to come. I have a good feeling that I will grow pretty well if I put in the hours, considering what I gained with manual stretching with less time and less intensity that I will be putting in now. Imagine 3 hours, 4 hours of hanging a day. I could hang all day long if I really wanted to.

Let’s make gains.

That’s a pretty big gain in a short amount of time. Congratulations. If I reach 7inches I definitely won’t stop, but it is an initial concrete goal. I read somewhere on these boards that the amount of time you hang is pretty consistent with the gains you can make. It seems a lot of members agree that more hang time is better for gains if you can manage to do it. Some of the people who made impressive gains committed themselves to hanging for hours.

When I was manual stretching, I was doing it for 1 hour every day without rest. So I am going by the reasoning that my penis will probably respond well to plenty of time under tension. Only one way to find out!

@Andyj,

Thanks! I hope to one day join the club of big gainers.

Hung 100m @5lb yesterday and today

Good luck on the gains I’m rootin for ya.

Thanks man! Appreciate the support.

Did 3 sets at 7.5lb today, which got me really fatigued, then I went down to 5lb for set 4, 5, and 6. 2 hours total.

I already feel accustomed to 5lb. It does not make me feel sore or fatigued like 7.5lb does. 7.5lb makes me feel really fatigued. I like the method of starting with a higher weight to cause fatigue early on, then dropping the weight and riding that fatigue. I noticed today that my flaccid looks bigger.

Is it bad for the head of the penis to go numb while hanging?

I noticed this happens on the last set of the day. I think it’s related to the penis getting softer/smaller when I am fatigued which makes the hanger slip down closer to the head. I am going to make sure to tighten better and closer to the base so this doesn’t keep happening.

I think I figured out why the head was going numb and fixed the problem. It wasn’t so much getting close to the head but I was over tightening the hanger later into the sets, but I am also making sure not to be close to the head.

I did 4 sets at 7.5lb today. I did 3 sets back to back, but during the last set I started getting a strong burning sensation on one of the ligaments. It kinda felt like it wanted to rip off. I don’t think it’s a good thing. It was more intense than normal aching/soreness. I did my 4th set later in the day, didn’t have that burning sensation but I felt it starting again very mildly at the end of the set. Going to be smart and stop for today.

Funny, when I was doing 5lb even for 2 hours back to back I felt like I could keep going easily. 7.5lb feels like a totally different animal. Although, it may not seem like much, it’s a 1/2 weight increase from 5lb, so it’s actually a big jump. If I had 1lb weights it would great, but 2.5lb is the smallest plates I have. Going to respect the process and protect my penis. I’m in no rush. I’ll try 4 sets again tomorrow. If everything feels good, I’ll hit 5 sets the next day.

If you want to have the option of incremental increases, you can get a "micro gainz calibrated fractional weight set" of small increment plates that go from 0.25 pound to 1 pound in 0.25 pound increments on amazon for about $45. Not exactly cheap, but not crazy expensive and a good investment, I think, especially if you have a home gym.

Rock out with your cock out!

Good work

That’s a good idea. They are on special got them for $30, arriving tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion! That should help me progress smoothly now.

@midatlantic,

Thanks!

I did 7.5lb for 1 set. No pain but the same side started to burn a little. Both ligaments felt sore but that one side I felt the slight burning sensation creeping up. Did my 2nd set at 5lb, and the ligament still felt tingly. When I removed the device I felt a slight dull sensation. I know from lifting weights how it feels when the tendons or ligaments need some time to heal. Going to listen to my body and stop hanging for today. I will do some manual stretching at a lower intensity and pulling straight out rather than down, to let the ligaments rest.

Tomorrow the micro plates will arrive and I will be able to load much more smoothly. I was doing a crazy weight jump to be honest, and doing a lot. I’m not even a week into hanging. With the smaller plates this shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I was going to start at 6lb, but even that is probably too much. I have to take into account the weight % increase. I didn’t even realize until recently that going from 5lb to 7.5lb was a whopping 50% weight increase. That’s crazy. I just had the gym mentality that a 2.5lb is very small without taking into account the overall weight I’m hanging is low.

So, I will actually start at 5.5lb. That’s a nice 10% weight increase. Take things from there.

Actually, I am a bit scared of damaging the ligament further. I’m going to hang tomorrow starting at 3lb, if all is good, go up to 4lb, then 5lb. If I feel it bothering me, I will stop and go down in weight. I want to be able to still do some P.E without worsening it. I believe if I stay away from hanging 7.5lb it should only get better. I’ll only start going up in weight when I stop feeling an ache there.

Right now, slightly pulling down with my hand makes me feel a dull sensation there, and it also seems a bit inflamed. No sharp pains any point, so I believe I have not damage anything seriously, just overworked the ligament from the heavy weight. Lowering down the weight as it heals should help me. Then over the course of a few days I can work back up to 5.5lb when the ligament heals. Kinda sucks that I have set myself back slightly, but it was my own fault. Thankful that it wasn’t worse and I am taking measures to not have that happen again, now that I know better.

I’m going to be smart and take the day off tomorrow. Then I’ll see.
