Felt some discomfort in my right nut today. I’ve felt it before and I’m fairly sure it’s from masturbating too much.. So edging routine will be put on hold for a day or so while that goes away. I’m going to be tweaking my edging routine also. I said 20 mins edging but every time I edge I’m like “you can go another 10 mins” then end up edging for 30. So I’m going to cut it in half and edge for 15 mins.

As far as the edging goes it needs some serious work.. I can easily get off in a couple minutes if I wanted to.. So if I can get myself to at least 15mins before I even have a feeling of getting off I’ll feel good about it. Part of the issue is also stopping and not finishing myself off too.. Which defeats the purpose of edging.

Finished my 3rd week of my routine. Going into 2 rest days for the weekend. Couple things I’ve noticed is FG looks thicker at about 4.25”, FL is still at about 3”, and BPFSL is 6”. It seems that my FG is consistently 0.5” less then EG and my BPFSL is about 0.25” more then my BPEL.

Anyways. I keep saying no measurement for a month, but pretty quick gains like these should be reported:
BPEL: 5.75”
NBPEL: 5.25”
MEG: 4.75”

Well coming off another couple rest days and I got a nice complement from my gf on my penis she says it looks fatter than before. Which is funny because I’ve been gaining more length than girth lately. Anyways into week 5 I go! Same routine!

Oh I bought a stealth sleeve too, but it seems I’ve got some serious turtling going on because the sleeve fits but the head just turtles right in lol.. Gonna try a size down though and keep the one I have.

For anyone with experience with the stealth sleeve I’ve noticed that if I just wear the thin band that it makes my flaccid quite hard.. Is that normal? Is it hurting anything?

Thought I’d post an update! Still doing the same routine. I’ve also got back into cold showers. Some might think cold water is the last thing you’d be doing for PE but I find I have better circulation afterwards. GF definitely has been noticing something different since she’s been saying “that’s deep” like in a way that she means “that’s deeper than before”. My girth gains haven’t been showing much of a gain with a tape holding steady at 4.75” but maybe a bit bigger. She seems to be noticing the girth more then the length though!

Anyways I haven’t taken measurements but both length and girth seem to be gaining. Really hoping to break the 6” mark in BPEL and the 5” mark in EG in the months coming up!

Well it’s been about a month since I’ve started my routine and like may of you have encouraged I made sure to take a start pic then took another picture a month in.. All I can say is wow. Not comfortable posting my pics but comparing both side by side I can see it’s definitely gained noticeably in length, thicker at the base (I’m thinking from the stretching, the mid shaft girth looks thicker. Just all around bigger

I’ve also been mixing up my routine, sometimes doing 2 on 1 off, 1 on 1 off, 3 on 2 off.. Just trying to keep things unpredictable

Okay so couple weeks have gone by. I’m still following the routine, but kind of started to get off track. Doesn’t help that I’m depending on my gf to satisfy my sexual appetite and she’s not always around to do so it’s hard not turning to masturbation for relief.

Anyway. I need to get my routine organized again. Been getting lazy with using heat so I’ll focus on that. I need to stop going past 30mins of edging because almost always I get to a point where I just finish myself because it’s too good. So 20mins tops for edging. Stretching has been going good. One thing I’ve improved on is my kegels and it has definitely shows because cum doesn’t just drizzle out anymore haha. The jelqing has been going good but I think I need to be sure to use heat before hand and after and stretch.

All in all still on track just needed to regroup and organize. I’m hoping reach my next milestone of 6”x5” (BPEL x MEG) in the next coming months!

Just thought I’d update!

Still doing my workouts. Jelqs and some squeezes are mostly what I’ll do. I’ve been slacking on the warm up and warm down but I’ve been trying my best to warmup and stretch before doing jelqs. Still do a lot of stretching every time I go pee.

It seems I’ve hit a wall in my gains… that first 1/4” in length came fast so i think if I’m going to reach my mid term goal of breaking the 6” mark I’ll need to be better about my warm up and switch it up. The girth I’m not too worried about for now because I know the gains are slow and I’d rather get some length first.

Measurements are currently the same 5.75 BPEL, 5.25” NBPEL, and 4.75” MEG. Sometimes the length will be a little more than 5.75” but it hasn’t cemented.

Will keep going with it! I’ll probably not update again till gains are made, but I will for sure keep doing my exercises either way.

Oh also I’ve been starting to exercise again to help cut down on fat pad

Been awhile since I posted last. Haven’t measured gains but I also haven’t been very consistent. I haven’t stopped though!

My length is actually looking like it’s growing but girth doesn’t seem to be growing as much. I’m doing the beginners routine mostly. Anyone have any pointers for getting some more gains in the girth department? I’ve been trying to do some squeezes, horse squeezes, and really focusing on getting my dick to get plump when I do my jelqs. It’s been a recent adjustment so it might take time to see gains. But I’m also open to suggestions! I need to switch things up and keep things fresh

Alright guys. It’s been awhile since I’ve been on here. I haven’t done much PE in the last year. But also my gains were never lost amazing enough… I’m going to be resuming my routine though mainly because I’ve been getting serious about my food health, switching to carnivore diet, and my physical health by doing calisthenics and I feel like my dick fits in the category of physical health.

So I’ll be kicking things off today and might update in a couple months if any results occur. Routine will remain pretty much the same. I’ll be starting slow and going by feel for the first few weeks probably doing 1 on 1 off. Then resuming my normal routine 3 on 2 off.

As for my goal. I think I’ll still shoot for that but If I can reach 6.5” BPEL and 5” MEG by the end of this year I will be very happy with that
