Just Another PE Progress Report

Going to be starting my personal progress report. Starting stats will be 5.5”BPEL and 4.65”MED. I guess I should also talk about my reasoning behind it too.. Well I’m just not satisfied. Knowing my actually stats I guess I feel like less of a man for my girlfriend. And I think if I can get my stats up I’ll be more confident again. Anyways I want to shoot for a goal of 7.0”BPEL and 5.75” MEG. Gonna stick with the newbie routine for multiple months and see hows it goes. Rounding the end of week two and only results I see are flaccid gains.

Finally got to take and actually accurate measurement today and It wasn’t what I thought it was. Fixed now though

Only two weeks in.. First week was warming up, stretches, kegels, and a bit of jelqing. The technique wasn’t exactly there though lol. Second week was better. Been doing it in the morning in the shower. About 5 min hot wrap, couple mins stretching, then lots of jelqing maybe around 50 (which has gotten better). I’ve also been lightly doing 440 horses not necessarily squeezing as hard and not doing a tight ok, but I’m slowly working into it.. Feels kind of good to be honest like going through a tight pussy. The shaft gets nice and thick too. After I hold it for a bit I just push up from the base and continue jelqing. The pump is nice and plump but doesn’t last very long after I’m out of the shower. Might have to do with the cold weather though.

This morning I took a quick measurement at full erection and I look to be very close to 5.5” NBPEL, 6.0” BPEL, FL is tiny at 2.75”.. Didn’t measure MEG. Hoping going commando helps flaccid length a bit. I’m thinking length is from the benefits of EQ. I’m also getting really good at kegels hopefully in a couple months this will help me paint my girls chest lol. Next measurements will be in another month!

As of now my sessions are:
Start Monday- 1 on, 1 off, then 3 on, 2 off

This seems to work the best with my schedule since weekends are with the girlfriend and I can’t guarantee time alone. Plus I have been refraining from porn and masturbating so it’s my only time to get a release!

Also going to be working on getting myself back into the gym and eating healthy again. I’m thinking increase in testosterone and PE together will help the gains come quickly. And I think my abs showing helps make my dick look more muscular.

Also found that I need to focus more on stretching. Specifically keeping loose while stretching and not pulling to hard to get max stretch. I also think I should track how far I’m able to stretch comfortably more often

Thanks man! I know it’s not something to be insecure about. I just want it to look more proportionate. Kind of like going to the gym to look better. I went to the gym got the body I wanted but I feel like while my body looks muscular I want my dick to match. My Girlfriend has never complained and comments on how much she likes my girth and length.. But I’d just like to be a bit bigger all around to really make her go crazy. This weekend was a good weekend anyway, I did a cheat measurement and found that (I’m guessing) EQ got me some gains about 5.75” BPEL, 5.25” NBPEL, and 4.75” MEG. Flaccid length is looking better too, so I think commando is helping. Got my heating pad in so I’ll be doing my exercises in my room which will be nice because the water was messing with my jelq quality.

Anyway I will keep updating if I have anything else to report! Otherwise I’m super excited to keep up my routine.. Really has helped me in a good way.

First day trying the routine out of the shower and got much better jelqs out of it. Definitely not as warm as being in the shower, but I think the heating pad does a better job warming up my dick. My only issue is still just getting a full on erection after like 3 jelqs.. I will usually just squeeze the sides of my dick until I get back down to about 60% erection then continue to jelq. I find that squeezing keeps me girthy while I wait for the erection to go down. Also still do a couple horse 440s when I do get a full erection. I’m hoping that doing this will make my length and girth gains come kind of evenly, since I’m happy with my current length x girth ratio. Still doing lots of stretching since I’ve seen a couple people saying that flaccid stretched length and erect length correlate to gains down the road.

Nice dude. This is my personal progress report though. Not a public one haha. You’ll need to create your own thread to track your own progress.

After some reading on TGC theory I’m thinking my routine is going in the right direction for gains. My erections are always literally rock hard, I get erections with the slightest stimulation and my BPFSL is about 6” where BPEL is 5.5-5.75” (will solidify that measurement after a month of PE). It’s safe to say that my tunica is my limiting factor though. So my routine will consist of mainly jelqing at lower erection levels around 60% and lots of stretching and piss pulls. Girth exercise will still be done but not as my main focus. Also adding edging to the routine since no masturbation is killing my stamina in bed.

So routine is:
-5-10mins heat up
-5mins standard stretch (out straight, down, around in a circle)
-30mins or so wet jelq
-1-4 light 440 horse
-5 mins stretch
-heat up in shower
-moisturize with a couple more jelqs
-lots of stretching throughout the day
-edging everyday for 20 mins (play by feel)
-kegels everyday

Couple of scenarios I alter the routine:
- full erection is achieved during jelq: 1 440 horse or squeeze on sides at base till erection subsides.
- not getting good jelq pumps: another 5 mins heat up and light stretch then resume jelqs
