Yesterday’s routine was 1X15 at 2inHg, and 2X15 at 3inHg, I had red dots after the 3rd set so I didn’t push it, no edema. Today I managed 1X15 at 2inHg, and 3X15 at 3inHg, red dots after the 4th set, slight edema but I think I know why. I cut one of the larger sleeves I have, about 2 inches, and tried wearing it at the base before going into the pump. It prevented me from packing the tube which was okay, however, I got stuck in the tube after the 4th set, lol. I reduced pressure and allowed things to go soft. The sleeve doesn’t exactly work as a seal unless you position it just right, and I have to use a water-based lubricant to prevent damage to the sleeve. I might continue trying it for my routine as long as it’s not cumbersome. While it’s not a massive amount of length, I noticed the more I start to pack the tube, my length seems to get a little shorter. The sleeve seems to prevent it from packing and getting shorter. The larger sleeve is not so constrictive that it acts like a cockring so that shouldn’t be a problem.

No routine yesterday, today, or tomorrow. My schedule might be changing, I’ll know more next week, and won’t be able to fit PE into my day if it does. I hate decon breaks.

Vacuum Hanging test today, homemade hanger, not posting pics of the hanger because it’s not pretty, but it works. Cap off of some spray stuff, packing tape, and one of the cheap sleeves I purchased from amazon. Figured out why it slipped and deformed months ago during the previous test (user error). Here is the routine today.

1x10minutes @2.5lbs no heat
1x40minutes @2.5 lbs with heat
1x10 minutes @3.5 lbs no heat.

I taped my glands, it was still a little tender afterward. I need to get my weights organized and together so I can go in increments. I had some spare time today so I went with what I had available. There is no way the measurements were right though, 7 inches stretched flaccid before, and 7.25 inches stretched flaccid after. That had to be an error in measurement. Been busy lately but finally got my work routine down so I might manage some PE time.
I miss pumping, but it’s just too messy and takes a little more time, 4x15 minute sets is an hour, and 5 minutes of rest between each set is an extra 15-20 minutes. There is also extra time to clean up the equipment/area and a constant need for an erection. I was surprised at how quickly hanging went by today, the tape wasn’t as bad to remove either. If the before measurement was 7 inches, and the after measurement was 7.25 then the strain would be .03 or .04? So strain =(7.25-7.0)/7.0? Definitely gonna spend the next few days rereading the important threads and some member progress logs.
