Decided to start a progress thread to stay on track a bit better. Previously I was getting tons of discoloration and red spots after pumping even at low pressure, it almost looked like bruising. After about 2 weeks of decon I did 2X15 sessions today, one session at 2inHg and one session at 3inHg. No red dots or discoloration, no edema, EQ is great so far. All I did before was incorporate a single 10 minute session at 5inHg, I think that did the initial damage. I might have to stay in the 2 to 4inHg range for a few months. I had a solid three months into the routine and had built myself up to 3X20 sessions. I honestly didn’t think the jump from 4inHg to 5inHg for only 10 minutes would do anything as far as damage. I’m going to spend this week doing 2X15 minute sets, 5 on 2 off. After seeing what happens I’ll proceed from there, I think I’ll build up time first, stay at 3inHg for a while.

Edit: Yes I’m using heat, forgot to mention that.

Any gains that you can tell?

I was just over 6.75 BPEL in December, now I’m dead on 7 BPEL. Trying not to lose any gains with a really long decon. My BPFSL is 7.25 inches, I’m hoping that means length gains are coming. I start going limp when the ruler comes out so that doesn’t help with measuring. I have previous PE experience with pumping, about 6 months, gained half an inch, went from 6.5 to 7, then lost a little bit of it. Pumping definitely works, it’s just slow.

Thanks for the replies. I did 2X15 minute sets 2inHg and 3inHg, no spots, dots, or discoloration( maybe darker when flaccid), no puffy edema, no donut. Post pump erect girth is 5.5 inches mid-shaft, had to clamp off lightly with my hand to get the measurement, BPEL touched just over 7 inches before he got stage fright, lol. I don’t think I’ll consistently hit over 7 inches, but it was nice to see. I wanted to do a third set, but I didn’t push my luck, no sense in overworking it. BPFSL is still at 7.25, looks like I’m hitting 7.25 inches in the pump at the lower pressures, that’s what makes it difficult to go easy and not rush, at 5inHg I could hit 7.5 inches in the pump easy. An extra .25 inches wouldn’t do me any good if it was damaged though. Thinking about a cocksling 2.0 by oxballs, don’t know how durable they are though, gotta do some research, also wondering if the cockslings on amazon are genuine or if I would have to order from Gearessentials or Mr-s-Leather to get a good one.

The usual 2X15 minute sets at 2inHg and 3inHg. Still no major signs of injury, red dots, or bruising, no edema. Might add a third set on Friday at low pressure, I believe it was the jump in pressure that caused the problems. I’ll have 2 full days of recovery if I do it on Friday. Got a cocksling on it’s way, let you know how it turns out, also ordered some cheaper silicone sleeves. Initial testing was good, might do some test sets next week, or I might not. I’d rather focus on getting my pumping lined out, but we’ll see. My cylinder is 1.75, my post pump girth is about 5.5 inches, I’m filling out the tube side-to-side but not top to bottom. I have maybe 1/16th of an inch before I hit the bottom of the tube, I have a slight upwards curve which press’ some of the upper shaft and head against the tube. It actually feels kinda tight on the sides after 2X15 minute sets, the 2.0 inch tube is way to big right now.

I didn’t have heat for the first 3-5 minutes of the 1st set, and I had some red dots, no bruising, and no edema. I pumped about 3 hours ago and the dots are mostly gone. Packed the first 2 inches of the tube. I also received my Cocksling, it’s.different, but so far it’s ok. Tried to take some actual girth measurements, around 3 hours after pumping, base girth is 5.5 inches, mseg is 5.25 inches, honestly thought I was smaller. The measurements say one thing, but my eyes say something different though.

I didn’t add a third set today, instead, I did 1X15 minutes at 2inHg and 1X20 minutes at 3inHg. No problems, no edema, everything seems ok if I stay low pressure. By the end of the 2nd set I’m touching the sides of the cylinder and packing the first two inches, EQ is through the roof.

Saturday and Sunday were off days. Monday I was in a hurry, I did a 1x20 minute session at 2inHg, and a 1X15 at 3inHg. I switched the times so that the warm-up set at 2inHg was longer than the set at 3 inHg, I came out of the pump with red dots. About 70% of them were gone by that night, they were all gone by the morning when I woke up. I feel like I can ask a stupid question and you guys can help me out. Aside from switching the times, the biggest difference between last Monday, which had absolutely no red spots, and this Monday which had quite a few red spots was my food intake. Last week I did my routine after my first meal, this Monday I had been fasting for about 12 hours, I decided to get my pump routine in instead of eating because I had stuff to do and I don’t mind fasting a few more hours. My question is this, could fasting have caused the increase in red dots? I monitor pressure and time closely, EQ has been unaffected, and pumping in a fasted state was the biggest change from last Monday. Didn’t get the chance to do my routine today, I’ll continue my pump tomorrow.

Does anyone else pump while fasting? (12+ hours between eating)

Have you seen a noticeable difference between pumping after a meal, versus pumping on an empty stomach?

Might have to search the forums a bit, I know some members have talked about EQ on a full stomach versus an empty one. If I get time I’ll test my silicone sleeves tomorrow, I’d also like to work on taping the glans for vacuum hanging as well, but we’ll see what happens.

What I know about fasting, is that it activates autophagy, that is a cleaning program of the body, also, after extended fasting I think it was 2-3 Days, you start to produce much more HGH, it was at 900% I think, if you extended the fast further, the HGH production would increase to 3200% After 9 days, if I remember correctly. What I also found out, when I fast, or eat little protein, I have a very low libido, not ideal for Girth exercises.

But, depending on your Glycogen Levels, it takes 24-36 hours after your last meal, until you hit Ketosis and are in a really fastet state.

Maybe it‘s just daily form and the body reacts a little bit different

Pumped today at about 10:00 am, after my first meal. I did 1X15 set at 2inHg, and 2X15 at 3inHg. Not very many red spots and they were completely gone within a couple of hours. Adding another set at low pressure didn’t cause any problems. Edema (donut) probably won’t come into play until I hit the one-hour mark (4X15 minute sets). EQ is still good, haven’t measured but everything feels good. I think I’m gaining more girth this time around. I took the cheap silicone sleeve off of the C-PVC cap, I’ll check it tomorrow to see if it snapped back into its original shape. No time to test hanging, or taping the glans today, might be next week before I can devote any time to it. My last meal was at 6:00 pm, I’ll pump tomorrow at about 10:00 am, that’s 18 hours total time fasting. I was able to incorporate an additional set today without any ill effects. I wanna see what happens after the first pump set before I decide if I’m going to do two sets, or three. Been wearing the cocksling off and on for a few days, it’s kinda bulky, looks like I’m smuggling a cucumber and two kiwis in my pants. Eventually, I’d like to work myself into a nice Gearessentials ball weight and cockring, for now, I don’t think it will fit that well.

I did 1X15 at 2inHg and 2X15 at 3 inHg, hadn’t eaten in 18 hrs. I had a few more red dots than yesterday but nothing major, most of them are gone now. Still no edema or donut. So fasting might not have any adverse effects. It was worth trying to see if it did anything bad, or good. The sleeve I had stretched over the 1-inch C-PVC cap mostly returned to its original shape, still slightly deformed. I’ll check again tomorrow, using it for 1 hour a day doesn’t compare to the four days I had it stretched over the cap, still good to know its limits if I’m gonna use it to hang stuff off my dick.

Pumped yesterday, 1X15 at 2inHG, and 2X15 at 3inHg. Absolutely no spots, dots, or edema, pumped after my first meal. I was surprised that there were no spots at all, not even a few small ones. I bet when Monday rolls around I’ll be loaded with red spots after the first set. I wonder if days off contribute to the red spots, when I did this before I thought about doing light days and alternating with regular days in a 2 regular days/ 1 light day pattern. Can’t do that right now because of stealth reasons, my schedule might be changing soon which could force a long decon until I figure it out. I really don’t want that to happen, that’s why I’m considering the vacuum hanging. It seems cleaner and easier, no lube involved, no erection needed, vacuum hanger can be slipped off easy if need be. The stress you’re putting on your unit can be calculated using actual numbers which I prefer over manual exercises, and it can be done in one hour without stopping for a break. I prefer pumping if I have time and privacy, unfortunately, I might not have either one of those things in a couple of weeks. Still hitting 7 BPEL, slightly more than 7 BPEL after a good pump session, and I still get stage fright when the ruler comes out, lol.

I’m gonna try and finish this week with 4X15 minute sets, I’ll stay at 4X15 for 2 or 3 weeks before slowly amping up pressure to 4inHg. I’m not in a rush, I might even go a month at 4X15 at low pressure just to get better acclimated to the pump, don’t know yet. I’m manual stretching a bit, but nothing serious, light stretches at various times throughout the day when I have a minute. I don’t usually like manual exercises, it’s easier to overdo them and injure myself.
