Okay, I have my progress log somewhere else but I said I would create one here too, simply to mark my progress and details.

My Overall Volume:
Starting size: 176 ml.
07/04/2015: 273 ml. (55 % increase on initial size).

August 2013 - June 2014 Phallosan Usage:
Averaging around 70 hours a week since I started. I stopped using the phallosan because the time spent was not worth the lack of gains from it. I put in 3056 hours in total over the space of 10 months.

Weekly Manual PE Routine:
August 2013 - October 2013: 30 minutes stretching and 30 minutes jelqing everyday (approximately).

October 2013 - January 2014: 40 minutes jelqing and 40 minutes bundled stretches every day. Jelqs are KITV and KITJ. Ulis too.

January - February 2014: Manual girth work Mon, Wed, and Fri. This is to condition me to clamping. Bundled stretches and KITV/KITJ daily (40 minutes each). Girth work is ulis, squeezes, and horse squeezes.

February - March 2014: A month of just doing stretches and phallosan because of a minor injury on my frenelum. My EQ drops vastly, no increase in BPEL but increase in BPFSL. I gradually introduce clamping near the end of the month (after 6 months since starting PE).

March - July 2014: I get into clamping quite seriously, begin with a few 10 minute sets and moved up to 15 minute sets by the end of the month. 1. Clamp+squeezes, ulis, 2. KITV, 3. Pump, 4. KITJ, 5. Pump, 6. KITJ. April Breakdown and May Breakdown

July 2014 - September 2014: Edging in the morning. In the evening - around 50-60 minutes of manual stretches (Directional, bundled, A-stretches, and tunica tugs), and 60 minutes of pumping at 5 h.g. Resumed PF in August, after a 3 month break.

October 2014 - December: I started hanging on October 1st, and will continue pumping.

January 2015: I decided to change to pulse pumping from January, and to include some edging and ulis when/if I have morning wood in the morning. Continuing hanging for 2 hours most days.

February 2015 - Now: New approach - taking out pumping and hanging from my routine. Concentrating solely on girth. Edged clamping with ulis, double-handed squeezes, and occasionally bends. Girth focused.

Monday’s Workout:

15 minutes clamped edging

Tuesday’s Workout:

30 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

40 minutes clamped edging with ulis (no cumming)

Wednesday’s Workout:

Rest day.

Does that strictly qualify as a workout? It’s the one hand clapping of workouts :)

Hi memento. Haha, sorry, I am so used to doing that on another forum, it has kept me focused in my routine over the past two years. If I don’t log that it is a rest-day, then I won’t be able to see that I need to get my act together and log something decent the next day. But I did look at the old fellow and told him he looked pretty yesterday, does that count? :D

Monday’s Routine:

60 minutes clamped edging with ulis (no cumming)

20 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

25 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

Routine Summary:

Woweeee, good to be back doing solid workouts! My routine tonight was pretty groovy, got in a monstrous clamped edging session and decided to do some pumping. I am basically just fiddling around, seeing if pumping has any kind of beneficial or advantageous effects after my long clamped edging sessions. Maybe holding my penis in that expanded state may help the clamping.

Who knows! I will continue to do it for a while to see if I can notice anything. I seem to pack more of the bottom of the cylinder than when I used to pump a few months ago, meaning that my base girth has come on a bit since then.
