Okay, I decided to call this exercise “kick in the jelqs” or KITJ for short, after realising I should probably come up with a name for them. Anyway, this exercise should not really be done by anyone without at least 6 months conditioning.
Anyway, here are the differences from normal UJs - Unlike the normal UJs, you do not alter your jelqing hand on each jelq, you jelq with the same hand for a number of reps (between 5 – 10) before changing hands. The non-jelqing hand remains static throughout the set of jelqs. These are best performed with palm facing downwards (overhand grip). Also, I personally only use one finger to dig into the CS, but you can use both if you want, as described in the UJs.
1. Get a semi-erection to perform these. Somewhere between 50-70% erection level, I would not go above this level as these are damn intense!
2. To begin with, I always keep one hand clamped in place at the base of my penis (e.g. the left hand), while the other hand (e.g. right hand) performs a number of jelqs (5-10 strokes). One hand remains in place, not moving (the left hand), while the other hand does the jelqing.
3. I have one hand (e.g. my left hand) holding my base with my index finger and middle finger underneath and my thumb on top clamping down. This clamping hand works similar to a clamp, as it forces blood into the penis, allowing for the other hand to squeeze blood up the shaft.
4. Then with my other hand (e.g. my right hand) I perform the jelq, while keeping my clamped hand (still my left hand) in position. The jelqing hand should form an OK grip with the palm facing down (overhand grip), with the index finger squeezing into your CS. Your dick should be well lubed up. Squeeze tightly and then do a few quick kegels to push your jelqing hand down your shaft.
5. When your jelqing hand reaches just below your glans, hold it in place there, and do three quick kegels. Then release your hand from your glans and repeat the same jelqing process again. Throughout this process your clamping hand remains in place, you do not release it.
6. For the next jelq, I jelq again using the same hand (e.g. my left hand), with the same hand clamped at the base (e.g. my right hand). I do several jelqs with this same format, then I switch to the other side, exact same method but just the right hand is now the clamping hand and the left hand is the jelqing hand.
That is the way I find them really effective, for me anyway. You will see the colour of your cock changing with the blood being forced up. There will be a lot of expansion on your shaft and you will see veins spring up that you have never seen before. They are awesome that way. However, one of the reasons is that I do several jelqs with the same hand is because it is hard to keep your erection level high cos these are intense. So you will need to give your dick a few tugs after 10 reps or so, to wake him up again.
