Yup, they are actually not as mad as what people make out to be. It took me quite a long time to work up to them but I was cautious along the way and progressed slowly. For most of the clamp set it is not on uber-tight so I am still able to kegel plenty of blood into it. I never get any NIs, well very very rarely, and I am making gains from them :) I have noticed since I started PE that girth gains just don’t come with low to moderate girth-work, clamping is the only thing that worked for me.

40 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

Tuesday’s Routine:

40 minutes double clamped edging

I’m interested what differences you notice between a long clamp or pump session ?

Do you notice better expansion with one ?

Oooouuu, it is the difference between night and day. Clamping expansion is 100 times more effective and better for me than pumping. Hands down. I went 9 months pumping as my only girth method and gained zip. Clamping has gained me a lot more for a much shorter time-frame.

In relation to the different types of expansions - I always felt pumping was temporary, fluffy, watery expansion. I would NEVER see the veins, the bulging hardness, and firmness of the expansion clamping gave me. I know a lot of people have had success with pumping, but I really don’t rate it at all, from my experience. I tried many many different types of pumping and never really felt it to be effective. Now I pump just for fun to see my dick in the tube. It is entertaining. It will be zero conducive to gains though. I like doing it and it requires zero of my time or concentration to do, just throw it on pump and keep it level at 5 h.g. throughout. I do it when I don’t have time to clamp to be honest.

Okay, I have not been doing hardly any PE for the past few weeks as a lot has happened in my personal life. The next few weeks are going to be very busy and then I am going on a long holiday too, so I won’t be PE’ing. I am taking time off as either a de-conditioning break or retirement. I haven’t made up my mind yet, but at the moment I do not care for doing PE. I will see how I feel in September. Mebs out.
