I got my first 0.25” newbie girth gains within the first 2 months with jelqing, stretching and phallosan. But those were just newbie gains, could have gotten them with pretty much anything. I didn’t see any girth gains for like 8-9 months until I incorporated a clamp-squeezes-jelqing-pumping routine together. Then I stopped that after a few months and decided to just pump for over 9 months to test for myself if pumping was any good for me. It wasn’t. I got ZERO girth gains during pumping for 9 months. Tried many many different approaches, theories, methods, and times. Nothing. As soon as I switched back to clamping - boom, girth gains again. Clamping is the holy grail of girth gains imo. Nothing else comes close.
