I think the knock up to 9.4 lbs is really helping. Strangely enough I am seeing better PIs at 9.4 lbs than I was at 8.8 lbs. It mustn’t have been intense enough for me. Even at 9.4 lbs it doesn’t feel overly heavy. It is strange the way the penis responds - i.e. better PIs with more intensity sometimes.

Thursday’s Routine:

Is it 2h non stop with the vachanging?

How is it going? How long have you been hanging since you took it back? Any gains?

No. It is always 2 x 1 hour sets with the vachanger. All is going good. Feeling nice fatigue. I am getting better PIs since I increased the weight during the week. Feel like I can hang heavier though. No gains since I took it back up 3 months ago. I don’t expect any until I get past around 10-11 lbs. That is where the gains seemed to come in last time.
