Sorry, didn’t see your message til now. I have been off PE for close to two months now! Just way too much over shit going on in life to be able to do PE. I am back though, my mind is in a better place now. I measured my length the other night out of curiosity and I was still 8.25” length, so happy days. Didn’t lose anything, and my EQ wasn’t 100% either. Didn’t bother measuring girth, would say I lost a little.

Apologies for the late reply.

A little bit of both :) I usually get up to the 10 - 11 lbs mark with just the vacuum cone before it starts losing grip. Then I switch over to the cone and sleeve method.

Fairly tame start back, did 15 minutes of KITJ jelqing. It went fine, just want to ease myself back in gradually. Think I will stick to the basics just for general penis health, EQ and so forth, rather than aiming towards gains. If gains come, then fine, if not I don’t mind.

Just mentally tired of PE,just took too much time and was annoying me. Am fine dedicating a few mins a day but no more
