I have been doing PE since 2013 but I want to really focus on developing a journal that I can keep myself accountable for.

This will serve that purpose.

I have experience with Jelqing, manual stretches, V jelq, some Ulis though I have always had a weird time with maintaining manual clamps, size genetics extender, Phallosan forte extender, bath mate, as well as vacumate air pump which I currently use. I’ve gained about 1-1.2 inches in length and 0.2-0.4 inches in girth (I’ve gained at least 1-1.5 inches in base girth but I’m trying to translate that into the entire shaft with differing techniques now).

I have yet to try hanging and that is certainly something I am looking to get into. I have purchased Bibs hanger but haven’t used it yet, still afraid and also not really sure where to start for that just yet.

Also working on cutting off all pornography and using pure manual stimulation in its place when my workout routine calls for 100% EQ. I think this will help both my performance with my partner in terms of lasting power and also help with my own views toward sex in general and help me to stop comparing myself and instead focus on how I can help maximize my own potential and through that conquer any self doubt that may remain.

Now, my current goals include allowing myself to truly become devoted to PE (I was always afraid of getting caught by SO but now I don’t really mind and if she asks I’ll just tell her), being organized and meticulous enough that I can track what works and what doesn’t, and most importantly be PATIENT and FOLLOW the plan so I can be CONSISTENT.

Bib’s hanger is complex to adjust, and wrapping is a whole extra level of complexity. It’s easy to overthink things and get lost trying to figure it out ahead of time.

Start with, oh, maybe two pounds for ten minutes. Then take it off, unwrap, give your tool a thorough inspection, massage it a few moments, then do two more sessions. Then you’re done for the day.

Bib has a recommended progression for time and weight on his site, which is usually okay, but if you’re seeing signs of bad EQ, back off a bit or take a break. It can take some guys longer to get acclimated.

AndyJ, thank you for this much needed encouragement. I really needed that, helpful to have brothers who can provide that boost especially since I don’t really talk about this with any friends or family IRL. So Thunders will be my family, and for that I am very grateful!

Today was another tough day at work so didn’t have time to do much. But I want to make habit of posting regularly so at least can document what was done for later review

Today:
Clamp edge x 15 mins with finish

Manual stretching x 10 mins

Clamped edging x 15 mins, 2 set. Pump to between 5-7 in Hg for ~12 mins. Second edge included finish.

Going to look into ADS. I feel like it would be helpful for gains.

My idea, for whatever it’s worth, is that ADS is most useful for cementing the gains you got from more forceful forms of PE. I move from the hanger or pump to the ADS. If my glans wasn’t so sensitive to vacuum, I’d wear the ADS whenever I wasn’t doing other PE.

ADS in forms of silicon always tend to slip and the ace bandage has been pretty uncomfortable. Any ideas on more comfortable set ups that stay on and are quick to put on (relatively) would be helpful. Thank you

Pump 15 minutes with jelqing 5 mins beforehand.

Clamp edging. X 5 mins

Pump x 5 min

Repeat x 3

Clamp x1, 15 mins while edging. Boo yah.

Would appreciate others’ recommendations on ADS types for someone on their feet most of the day

Pump 10 mins btn 5-7 in Hg
Clamp edge 20 mins no finish

Wow. Engorgement is reall. I reallyyyyy need an ADS bad. I bought some more PF sleeves so will start that up pretty soon hopefully in next week or so.
