KtoT: Time For Change
I have been doing PE since 2013 but I want to really focus on developing a journal that I can keep myself accountable for.
This will serve that purpose.
I have experience with Jelqing, manual stretches, V jelq, some Ulis though I have always had a weird time with maintaining manual clamps, size genetics extender, Phallosan forte extender, bath mate, as well as vacumate air pump which I currently use. I’ve gained about 1-1.2 inches in length and 0.2-0.4 inches in girth (I’ve gained at least 1-1.5 inches in base girth but I’m trying to translate that into the entire shaft with differing techniques now).
I have yet to try hanging and that is certainly something I am looking to get into. I have purchased Bibs hanger but haven’t used it yet, still afraid and also not really sure where to start for that just yet.
Also working on cutting off all pornography and using pure manual stimulation in its place when my workout routine calls for 100% EQ. I think this will help both my performance with my partner in terms of lasting power and also help with my own views toward sex in general and help me to stop comparing myself and instead focus on how I can help maximize my own potential and through that conquer any self doubt that may remain.
Now, my current goals include allowing myself to truly become devoted to PE (I was always afraid of getting caught by SO but now I don’t really mind and if she asks I’ll just tell her), being organized and meticulous enough that I can track what works and what doesn’t, and most importantly be PATIENT and FOLLOW the plan so I can be CONSISTENT.
