Well, due to a recent change in circumstances I no longer have a job. This is fine with me. I hated my job anyway, and at 20 years old I guess there’s plenty of time to get a new one in the future. But right now I want to enjoy some time off, and to me that means delving into the world of self improvement.

Now in regard to PE I have been rather inconsistent for the past couple of years, so inconsistent that for the past couple of weeks I’ve been easing back into the flow of it as a “newbie” should. As all of my friends have jobs and I have no girlfriend, I have a golden opportunity for at least a few months where I can do PE at any time of the day, for however long I want.

My goal isn’t particularly insane; just slightly over an inch of length and 1 1/2 inches of girth. I guess the girth will be the hardest part.

What I am asking for from you guys is some advice, and some routine suggestions. Remember that there are NO limits here. I will literally have pretty much all day free every day for several months. Until a couple of weeks ago, I made excuses for not doing PE. Now I have NO excuse.

What kind of routine should I start to make the most of this time off that I have?

After the Newbie routine for conditioning, you should create your own routine based on your goals.

You have lots of time. Do lots of reading on Thunder’s. Knowledge makes the exercise you do more productive. It’s a good idea to start by reading all the Anatomy and Physiology information; the better you know the structure of your penis the more you can feel what is happening and know when an exercise feels like it is doing what you want it to do.

Then try out all the exercises you find on the site for a while.

When you have found your favourite length and girth exercises (the ones that feel most productive, not the ones you enjoy doing most!) write them all down then pick from the list and vary your exercises every couple of weeks so your penis doesn’t get too ‘conditioned’ to any particular exercise. Every exercise will hit your penis in a slightly different way.

Most importantly, enjoy yourself. To keep consistency you never want to do PE to the point where you get bored of it. Work on your other areas of self improvement and make yourself a ‘complete package’. Have fun.

Not quite! Although at this stage in my life I’d put PE higher on the priorities list than employment.
