Lasting Longer progress
Hello,
I am sharing a bit of my progress from a program I made myself, inspired by many reddit posts and comments that seem to validate my hypothesis= "Lasting longer comes partially from the BCM , if it is strong and relaxed then you will last long, but if it’s weak and tensed you will ejaculate fast, regardless of your mental state."
I know I am a new member but everybody starts somewhere and I am not ashamed to say that I have been a lurker for some looong time in a lot of forums (this one included).

Anyway, this is a PFM (Pelvic Floor Muscles) simple workout routine to be done 1day on and 1-2 days off depending on your soreness
1) Flaccid Kegel => do some kegel reps for a total of 30mins of pure contractions , and lessen the reps until one day you reach the strength of doing 1 rep that lasts 30mins of holding (best is to add a resistance band , but idk how exactly)
2) Vacuum BCM Stretching => okay, this is the real novelty here! It came to me when understanding that it is not only weakness of the BCM (Bulbocavernosus muscle) that makes the man ejaculate fast, but also the "tension" of said muscle! So all we need is to relieve and stretch it. So what this exercice is : is, while on a fours (like a woman in doggystyle position), put a Vagina pump (you know, those pumps that are like a wide chinese cup but are put on the vulva) on your BCM (after lubing the zone or after lubing the cup) and pump it up => this will stretch your BCM greatly !! (you will feel/hear a "pop" when it starts vacuumin) , do 6 reps of 5mins each, spaced by 5mins rests
3) Flaccid Reverse Kegel => this is the lesser talked about key to lasting longer , which is basically doing the same movement as when you are urinating and you want to push piss faster out (the rear equivalent is pushing a fart/shit out) , of course do this on an empty bladder (same routine as the Flaccid Kegel exercice) (I am yet to find a way to find a progressive overload to this exercice)
4) Erect Kegel (same goal as flaccid kegel)
5) Erect Reverse Kegel Lift => you stand up , get fully erect and do a RK with your BCM as if you were trying to piss while erect BUT this time you concentrate so your penis lifts higher (as if doing a kegel) (same goal as flaccid kegel)

All my progress is of course anecdotal , so I cannot really say if it works 100% or not
Which is why I need other members (preferably who got available sexual partners who are aware of their PE practice) to particiate too
The program consists of following above mentionned routine for a year (or at very least 6 months) and have a consistant sex routine with their SO
And as you may have noticed this routine takes quite some time, so it’s better to do it at night and start slowly to get mentally accustomed
All what we need to do is :
- have three groups of members (one who do the whole routine ; one who do only the 3 first exercices of the routine ; and one who do only the last 2 exercices of the routine and add the exercice (2) in the end)
- count after how many day you can now cut/hold your piss midstream (assuming you couldn’t do it before)
- judge you EQ (erectile quality)
- chronometer your first 2 ejaculations by PIV sex
- Tally count your 2 first (especially the 1st) intercourses "pumps" until ejaculation
=> your partner can off course help you by using the tally counter while you use the chronometer of your phone
It would be miraculous if we could find 30 members , but 15 committed would be great too !!
Careful , please don’t give numbers (time, and pumps) by masturbating !! We need numbers after sex !! (because many have said in other forums that there was a disparity between masturbation duration and sex duration (even with edging))

BTW my aftermentioned progress : an increase of 3mins and 200 pumps after 4 weeks not yet able to cut piss stream
