Yesterday I did

I’m taking a day off today to think what I’ll be doing since I’m not getting any PIs. Either I’ll continue doing the newbie routine or I’ll need to start doing 1 day on day off to rest a bit to see if it helps.

Another day off to see if it rested well. Was planning on doing half the routine, but I kept getting hard and I couldn’t do stretches.

In the newbie routine it says I should increase stretches from 10 to 20 minutes and jelqs from 10 to 30 over 6 weeks… Any ideas how? Increased time in a rep or more reps?

I don’t count on reps only time so I will just add minutes to the countdown timer.

I got some good news? After yesterday’s session I felt that feeling I felt before, my dick was sensitive and in the morning I had a boner and later it got really hard and I felt the pressure. It could either mean the rest was good and my PI started showing again or I was undertraining before and once I started using more force on jelqs it got better OR when I do a workout and don’t cum 2-3 times before, the dick gets teased and it gets sensitive later.

220 strong jelqs and this time I did some slower ones too
5 min warm down

I’ll see what happens tomorrow and if everything is positive, I’l just continue doing it with more force even tho I’m scared sometimes.

Idk if it’s just in my head, but it feels “meatier” when it’s not fully erect, but I don’t think it got any girth.

I am thinking you need to cut down on masterbating a little. I rarely ever do it anymore and have found my overall experience better with my sexual health. If you have a partner that is helpful as hell if you can wait for them.

A bit of frustration can be helpful if you use it in a focused way. Edging and kegels against gravity and some increased pressure can really get the juices flowing, quite literally! If you can resist the urge to climax you can really use that to get huge in a good edging session.

Just some thoughts on what has helped me.

Hey, thanks for that advice. I can edge. But if I do it for a longer time, I have a feeling it gets thinner and weaker… For how many minutes should I edge?

The reason why I masturbate so much is because if I don’t, I’ll keep getting hard while stretching. I’ve been feeling really bad lately, I’m not having a good sleep schedule and I don’t eat much and it seems it affected my EQ.

Today I did only 15x30 stretches and 200 quick jeqls with not much squeeze.

I’m about to pass 1 month mark, so I’m going to be increasing the routine. Should I add more reps and do stretches and jelqs longer and with more force? Like 1min sretches instead of 30sec and like 5-7 sec jeqls…?

My edging was for as long as I could go, and I usually would be prone and edge against gravity. I also might add a small amount of weight, very small, to increase the resistance to where it was hard to maintain my hardness. I would even bend my erection down to actually lose it while maintaining the length is of it, then I would get hard again at a bigger, girthier, set point.

You see, my physiology can have an erection at a shorter and thinner set point, it’s a harder quality and more usable but doesn’t match my large ego, to be honest. So I go after a set point I have yet to cement. If any of this makes sense.

We all need to look at ourselves individually, accept ourselves better. Maintain a healthy and positive way of life. I’m a work in progress, but I find when I stay positive and take care of myself, good things tend to come.

Okay, so a month has passed and I’m going to increase the routine.
5 min warmup
10x30sec down stretch
5x50sec down strech
15minutes of slow 5 second jelqs
5min warmdown

Does this seem okay? I increased last 5 reps of stretches by 20 seconds instead of adding few more 30 sec reps. As for jelqs, I stopped couting reps, but just focus on time.

I’m also thinking about going 1 day on 1 off, but I’m afraid if that’s too little? Since some people on here work like 5-6 days a week.
