Okay, so this is like my 5th try so far to PE, I used to do the linear newbie routine, but comparing that one to the classic one I noticed its way too slow. I’m switching to the other one.

Today:
5min warm water shower warmup
15x30sec down stretch
200 3 sec wet jelqs
5min warm down

I’ll increase stretches do 20 and jelqs to 400-600 in the next 6 weeks.
Does this look okay?

I’ll keep this updated daily, for now it’s 2 on 1 off plus a few off days sometimes for some extra rest.
Wish me best of luck, we will see what happens in 3 months. :)

I did PE before and I got to like 100+ jelqs, don’t remember the exact number. The newbie rutine says 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes) and increase to 30min over 6 weeks.

Today I did like 12x30 stretches and I felt something move in my stomach, which could be of me moving suddenly, but I stopped anyway. Everything is okay, nothing hurts.

Just figured out that I’m probably not supposed to increase just the number of jelqs, but the duration aswell… I’m gonna do this for like 3 months, and then if I get no results, I’m probably gonna switch over to a just stretch routine.

I’m starting to use a bit more force in the exercises. I’m not sure if I’m getting any positive PIs (nothing negative), but it could be due to the fact that I amsturbate 2 times daily so I don’t get hard while stretching… I’m gonna stop masturbating on my days off…

Any gains?

I just started, I’ll be measuring on October the 2nd. I’m still not sure what I’m doing, but I’ll get the hang of it. I won’t be doing too many reps of jelqs, instead I’ll try to do them more slowly. I need to check what other people are doing here…
