This is my exact routine that I have used since starting PE. I got most of this routine from good looking loser.

Day 1. Bath mate 8 minutes
Day 2. Stretch 5 minutes and Jelq 5 minutes
Day 3. Bath mate 8 minutes
Day 4. Rest
Day 5. 5 minute stretch
Day 6. 8 minute bath mate
Day 7. Rest
Day 8. 10 min stretch 5 min jelq
Day 9. 10 minute bath mate
Day 10. Rest.
Day 11. 10 minute stretch 5 minute jelq
Day 12. 10 min bath mate
Day 13. Rest
Day 14. 5 minute Jelq 5 minute stretch
Day 15 12 minute bath-mate.
Day 16. Rest
Day 17. 10 Minute Jelq 10 minute stretching
Day 18. 12 minute bath mate
Day 19. 10 minute Jelq 10 minute stretching
Day 20. Rest
Day 21. Bath mate 21 minutes

I started at 5.4 BPEL and am Now 5.6 BPEL
I started at 4.5 MEG and am now 4.625 MEG. I measured my BEG and am close to 5 right now. Never measured it before starting PE.

I am not sure if I gained BPEL. Some of that could be a good EQ when I measured. If I get to 5.75 BPEL I would say I have gained.
I feel I have gained girth.
My dick hangs better flaccid.
Lately I have gone in the bathmate fully erect and Kegel whenever I am in bathmate.
I have taken it slow and am happy about that.

My question is when you guys jelq any of you do it with full erection? How much pressure do you use when jelqing?

I am thinking about getting a manual stretching tool such as size genetics. Is it worth this early in the game?

I feel that manual stretching takes a toll on my dick more than the bath-mate or Jelqing.

I have been with 2 girls over the weekend and felt that I blew my load faster than usual. Does PE cause this?

Do you guys have any advice of what should I do going forward?
