Looking for Input on Hanging Routine
I am natural/uncut and I have been practicing PE using an X-4 extender, since April of 2017. I began hanging in around October of 2017. I would like some input on my current routine.
Warm-up/down:
I am currently using a basic dry herb heat wrap, that I microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, before applying for 10 minutes.
After I am sufficiently warmed up I perform manual stretches in each direction for 20 seconds, and in two slow circles in each direction.
Morning: For hanging I’ve only used a noose system from Zen Hanger with a ten pound stack. I apply the comfort sleeve, and hang for the following (taking ten minutes to restore blood flow and reheat the area between each set):
—3 x 30 min sets with 10 lbs straight down.
—1 x 30 minute set with 7 lbs using a 1.5” wooden dowel as a fulcrum (across my legs with the head of the penis pointing
Downward.
—1 x 30 minute set with 10 lbs straight out.
—I repeat the warm-up/down process before strapping into my extender for 2 hours @1200g.
Evening:
—1x 30 minute set straight out using 10 lbs
—1 x 30 Min set with the dowel exactly like the morning.
—1 x 15 min set over each leg using 10 lbs,
—1 x 30 min set with 10 lbs straight down.
—I repeat the warm-up/down process before strapping into my extender for 2 hours @1200g
I repeat this 6 days out of the week (unless I absolutely cannot get them in for whatever reason.
To be thorough, I am natural/uncut. When I hang I pull the excess skin backward (not fully) so that I am primarily engaging the inner structure, but I use my extender with the skin fully retracted bareback with the noose behind the glans.
