Looking for Input on Hanging Routine

I am natural/uncut and I have been practicing PE using an X-4 extender, since April of 2017. I began hanging in around October of 2017. I would like some input on my current routine.

Warm-up/down:

I am currently using a basic dry herb heat wrap, that I microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, before applying for 10 minutes.
After I am sufficiently warmed up I perform manual stretches in each direction for 20 seconds, and in two slow circles in each direction.

Morning: For hanging I’ve only used a noose system from Zen Hanger with a ten pound stack. I apply the comfort sleeve, and hang for the following (taking ten minutes to restore blood flow and reheat the area between each set):
—3 x 30 min sets with 10 lbs straight down.
—1 x 30 minute set with 7 lbs using a 1.5” wooden dowel as a fulcrum (across my legs with the head of the penis pointing
Downward.
—1 x 30 minute set with 10 lbs straight out.
—I repeat the warm-up/down process before strapping into my extender for 2 hours @1200g.

Evening:
—1x 30 minute set straight out using 10 lbs
—1 x 30 Min set with the dowel exactly like the morning.
—1 x 15 min set over each leg using 10 lbs,
—1 x 30 min set with 10 lbs straight down.
—I repeat the warm-up/down process before strapping into my extender for 2 hours @1200g

I repeat this 6 days out of the week (unless I absolutely cannot get them in for whatever reason.

To be thorough, I am natural/uncut. When I hang I pull the excess skin backward (not fully) so that I am primarily engaging the inner structure, but I use my extender with the skin fully retracted bareback with the noose behind the glans.

Your routine looks pretty good,how at your erections is the quality good?I have never used a noose style device.I mainly use vac-um devices ,vacuum hanger and vac-um extender,noose devices are uncomfortable for me.Have you gained any with the noise device?

Thanks for the reply b balls!! My PIs look good, and despite some ED issues my EQ is improving. I am in the process of recording my stats for my signature, but I can say without question that I have gained more than an inch in erect length and about a half an inch in erect girth; however, at a glance my flaccid length gains appear to be more.

How long have you been using the noose style hanger since October 2017 with no issues.If it works keep going,i mean your gaining,just take it slow and be constant.Pretty nice gain in that amount of time.I hang with the LG hanger as of now,straight out, and straight up and over a pulley with fulcrum 6 pounds,was at 12 ,took a break and know back at it. I will probably get back to about 12.I’m start in to gain again after the break

I looked at my progress report and have gained 1.25 inches in erect length, and half an inch in erect girth. To be fair, the majority of those gains came from using an extender for nearly a year (I actually started behind the eightball due to the cord issue).

Now that I’ve started hanging, my hope is that using 3 angle variants over roughly 20 hrs each week (long stretches for ligs, and shorter more intensive stretches for tunica/septum deformation) I will see more rapid/impressive gains.

I was super worried about overdoing it, but my decision to use this routine is based on an inability to reach fatigue at lower weights, and navigating the steel cord issue.
