Week 3 - Day 4: check

Hit some glutes and plyometric work in the gym today.

Had some fun with the girlfriend last night. After what I think was the fourth orgasm she asks “holy fuck how many times are you gonna make me cum?” — pretty good feeling :)

Edit: got hard and was looking in the mirror earlier today. Might just be mirror tricks but I was looking much bigger than I have in the past. Wondering what the measurements will look like on Monday.

Since I’m doing my PE sessions in the shower right now, I added a bit of a “hydro massage” to my dick post workout using the detachable shower head I just got. Whether it does anything or not doesn’t really matter to me, but I can tell despite being “sore” after I finish my workouts— it helps me stay engorged for a bit longer and I believe helps with recovery.

Also did myself a little upper body workout in the gym yesterday. Can already start feeling my “college gains” coming back after helping my cousin move into their new house today. Everyone else helping was worn out from the heavy lifting and I was feeling great (which means I did most of the work haha).

Off for the weekend (PE), but I believe I’m going to start adding 4x30sec 180° bundled stretches (2x twist to each side) to the beginning of my routine. I’ll play around with 180° for a few weeks before stretching for a longer duration along with my manual stretches or moving to any more rotations.

Feeling large and in charge, looking forward to measuring Monday.

Two-Part Entry Good News-Bad News

Hope you all had a great weekend gang. Fly Eagles Fly!

I have some good news and some bad news o today. I’ll start with the good.

Did my measurements today (I take Sat-Sun off so Mondays are an optimal measuring day) and man. My BPFSL was just under 7” and my BPEL was at 6 3/4! When I first measured ~ 3 weeks ago I was right around 6! Normally I would write this off as poor measurements at the beginning or better EQ (which may be likely for BPEL), but I’ve been measuring the same way since I started. Either way, super happy with the gains I’ve made thus far. However it is a little bittersweet, so. The bad news.

I had to take today off. Here’s why:

While I’ve mentioned my girlfriend and I typically go at it rather frequently, and she seems to be enjoying it just a little bit more since I started PE (not that there were any complaints pre-PE), I noticed last week she didn’t want to go at it as frequently. That’s all good with me of course, I enjoy doing it (who doesn’t), but I don’t need to have sex daily to be happy.

Anyways I noticed something Friday night during sex. While she was flat on her back and I was standing, she kind of grimaced had her hand on her lower abdominal region. She’s had lower abdominal pain/tightness since I’ve known her, but never has it been an issue during sex (at least to my knowledge). I picked this up immediately and asked if she was alright, to which she said yes and we kept going until we finished.

Then last night, same position, she reached for that same spot and I could see that she was in more serious pain this time. I immediately stopped going and asked if she wanted stop completely and she said yes. She tried to stand up and then immediately felt light headed and had to sit back down. After about 15-20 minutes she was “fine” (I can’t tell if she was just saying that but she was able to walk, eat, etc. And seemed in good spirits). However I insisted that she call the doctor, which she did today and is going to see the doctor tomorrow.

She has the insertable birth control, so both of us speculated that might be what the issue is, but I suppose we’ll find out tomorrow.

I obviously want to continue my PE journey. While it appears that I’m potentially a “hard-gainer” in terms of length, I’d just like to add about .6-1” in girth (I’ve only gained about .18” so far), I don’t want to gain too much length if it becomes an issue having sex.

I suppose if it does become an issue I’ll cut back on the manual stretches (1 set instead of 2) and use bundled stretches to focus on girth and doing more jelqs.

But that’s today’s situation — obviously the health of my girlfriend is primary and imperative before I start PEing again this week.

Week 4 - Day 2: Check

Got back at it today, went with a bit of a different session.

5-10min hot wrap warm down/shower massage

Gf results (see yesterday’s entry) were somewhat inconclusive, but bacterial infections ruled out. She has an ultrasound Saturday to see if it’s the insert or something else.

Going to go lighter on length work and heavier on girth work for the time being. Might do a light session tomorrow to make up for yesterdays missed session.

Only time will tell :)

Back After Short Posting Hiatus

Whew! It’s been a busy few weeks for me. Starting a new job, and other household stuff.

I’ve still been doing PE on my normal schedule (M/Tu/Thu/Fri), and am thinking of ramping up a bit into the weekends as well.

Today’s workout

- 5min warm up
- 2x30s bundled stretches (up, down)
- 2x30s “five-way” stretches (up, down, left, right, a-stretch)
-100 jelqs (40 RH, 40 LH). Added some “clamped” jelqs to the end of my routine to see how my dick would respond. Seemed to respond well enough, was able to have good sex with a great EQ later in the evening.

About to hit a little testie massage and kegels/reverse kegels and enjoy my weekend.

Have been hitting the newbie routine on schedule of course, just haven’t been able to post.

Proud to say I’ve finally hit 7” on BPFSL, hopefully BPEL (and NBPEL) are on the way!

Splitting Days

Hi all,

I plan on starting a new job this week, which is great, but unfortunately I’ll have to go to the office for a few months for training before it turns into WFH.

Between this, running my “side-hustle” business, going to the gym, etc., its going to be tough for me to spend an hour-plus on PE daily (I’m currently using the newbie routine 4x/week).

I was wonder if anyone has tried “splitting” their routines. For example, doing length work M/W/F and doing girth work Tu/Th/Sat.

If you have tried this, what were the results? Did it work for you? Are there any drawbacks?

I hope to be able to do this for the next 2-3 months while I am in office, and “graduating” into a more advanced routine once I’m WFH - I’m already a month and a half into the newbie program.

I’d appreciate it if anyone could share their thoughts :)

What’s up everyone!

After a weekend off, I took to measuring today and measured out to a 7” BPFSL!

My BPEL is creeping behind it, still at 6 7/8.

Starting my “split” routine given starting the job this week.

Took an extra day off (Monday), but here’s what a typical week would look

Mon/Thu “Length”

1x30s “bundled” stretches (up, down, left, right)
2x 30s manual stretches (up, down, left, right)
2x30s v-stretch
2x30s inverted v-stretch

Tue/Fri “Girth”

15min jelqing
10min “accessory work”
— going to be testing out some accessory girth exercises here (reverse jelqs, “clamped” (manual) jelqs, plumped bends, sadsak slinky, etc.) going super slow and steady with these, and any sign of negative PIs I’ll look to rest and just go back to jelqs.

Obviously everything will be done with a proper warm up period, while keeping up with kegels.

I consider this “phase two” of the newbie routine probably will take about two-three months on this. I’m thinking by that time I’ll be WFH and will look into using an ADS/hanging to hit my 8” BPEL goal, and then clamping for my girth goal.

However, as long as I continue to see gains with my “phase two” plan, I likely won’t deviate from it.

Either way, it’s been a good day.

Another Update… *Unplanned* Decon Break

Hate that I’m not posting as frequently as I did when I started.

Took an *unplanned* decon break this past week. Just tough to get in a half hour to an hour of PE each day while adjusting to a new schedule.

Fortunately, I’ll eventually be moving to remote work. Which gives me about an extra hour and a half each day I’m “missing” now with the commute to and from.

In regards to the break, after eight weeks it was good to have the week off. Didn’t notice any measurement changes in size, erection quality was ever so slightly better, though I’ve been doing more kegels over the past week.

Safe to say though, I’m excited to be back and begin my “split” routine for the next eight or so weeks.
