Might as well start a log that helps track progress and keeps up with accountability.

After one “true” week of the Newbie Program (M/Tu/Thu/Fri/Sat) took yesterday off. EQ wasn’t up to par — perhaps I overworked a bit last week considering it was “Week 1” for me (felt like my grip was too strong/tight on jelqs). But measured anyways at 6” BPEL and 4.9 MEG.

Woke up with morning wood but still not as hard as I was Fri-Sat before Saturday’s session.

May take today off if I don’t feel like EQ is up to standard later this afternoon.

Just finished up a bit ago.

Typically newbie routine, but kept it a bit lighter in the jelqs (made sure I didn’t go past 10min).

EQ is back to normal, definitely just over trained last week.

Day off tomorrow (going to keep the M/Tu/Thu/Fri schedule, with Wed/Sat/Sun off until I’m more conditioned.

Woof! Almost forgot about today’s log.

Off day today (I typically take off Wed/Sat/Sun).

Couldn’t help but measure.

This was probably due to a higher EQ while edging but was pushing up on 6.5 BPEL! (+0.5in longer than Monday’s measurement).

I recently started back in the gym after five years off from consistent lifting. I wonder if there’s any correlation between exercise/weight loss and PE.

Regardless, happy to see gains in any way shape or form :)

Thanks! Everything is going well. I do think I overtrained a bit last Fri/Sat, and my EQ suffered a bit Saturday night into Sunday.

I believe it was due to being “too” erect to jelqs and squeezing too hard (close to Uli#3) rather than just a solid jelq. I took off Sun/Mon and readjusted my schedule (see above) and my EQ has bounced back great this week. :)

I’m currently just hitting a “hybrid” newbie routine. Somewhere between the original newbie routine and the linear newbie routine. Warmups/Warm downs with a hot wrap, manual stretches, jelqs. I do these in the shower. I have also implemented some piss pulls (light JAI stretches x10 every time I piss) just to aid in flaccid hang.

I’ve found over the last week or so, especially following the overtrain period last weekend, to more or less just listen to my member on every training day which determines how much I’ll PE. Whether that be 20 jelqs, 50 jelqs, or 100 jelqs. Just keeping an eye on EQ the day of/prior and adjusting if necessary. I also try to edge a few times a week, but it’s tough because my girl very much enjoys my company within the sheets, so we’re getting after it at least 5-6x a week.

Fortunately, I’ve also restarted my workout routine in the gym. I currently have two 8-week “phases” which I’m currently in week two of the first one. I plan on doing my “hybrid” newbie routine for at least these 16 weeks total, aligning it with my gym routine.

I plan on making adjustments after those 16 weeks if I feel necessary depending on how/if gains stall as well as conditioning.

Can’t wait to get after it today :)

Much better now than they were a few months ago.

I eat mostly “carnivore”, getting most of my carbs/sugar from jasmine rice, potatoes, fruit, and raw honey.

Doing my best to limit breads, pasta, and junk foods for the most part. Diet sodas every now and again to cure sugar cravings. We are, none of us perfect :)

I did keto when I was in the gym a lot five years ago. Not that I’d be opposed to doing it again, I just would rather eat fruit/rice/potatoes at this point than eating the “keto” products like low carb bread that’s loaded with seed oils.

Sweet stuff brother! Doing the newbie routine is always a good start; keep going. Make sure you use enough heat in your workouts. I am not too familiar with the hot wrap (hot wet towel?), but I always used a rice sock for my warmup; worked great. I have a totalman heat pad now, though. Keep doing your manual stretches with your jelqs and you will see results, trust me!

Since I do my routine in the shower, I use a hot wash cloth that I run under the hot water (as hot as I can without burning myself) and wring it out. I usually have run it under/wring it out 4-6 times to get the 5-10min worth of hot wrap, but also make sure that the water is running over my dick throughout the duration of the workout as well.

Once I go beyond the newbie routine to perhaps a longer routine where I can’t do it all in the shower, I’ll certainly look into the totalman heating pad.

Felt awesome, definitely felt fuller/longer while edging. Probably going to lay off measuring until Monday. Fighting the temptation!

Continuing to do the newbie routine in the shower.

To be honest, surprised to see gains after my two days off. But happy with them nonetheless!

Decided to go “lighter” on jelqs on Monday (~50), 75 on Tuesday, Wednesday (off), 100 Thursday, 125 Friday. Then add 25 to each day starting next week (example: 75 Monday, 100 Tuesday, etc.)

Only issue is, sometimes I count them, sometimes I don’t. I usually have a good feel for it to get a solid workout in without going too far and overdoing it, though.

Feeling great, heading into the off-day tomorrow. A little sore, but EQ doesn’t seem to be suffering. Me and the girlfriend had a great time last night ;)

Thinking about adding some bundled stretches into the routine Thursday for extra girth work. Unsure if I should wait, but we’ll see.
