My classes at uni are picking up the pace now. Between my studies, gym, injury rehab (not from PE), and (limited) social life, PE is unfortunately pretty far from my mind now.
I find myself rushing often from one thing to the next, to the point that I’ve missed meals because I didn’t find the time to cook/eat.

While I didn’t measure any gains from this program, I still think it was a good learning experience. I had some productive sessions where I felt a good stretch, followed by some mild soreness/tingling the next day. I experimented with device-based and manual PE and concluded that I much prefer to wear a device to keep my hands free. For my next cycle I plan to use primarily extending and pumping to work on length and girth respectively.
