Macro's stretching only routine

Macro here, back on the PE train. Previously I’ve done the JP90 routine, Angion method, and tried using an ADCR in conjunction with the other techniques. From what I can tell I gained a small amount of EG, better flaccid hang, and more vascularity from the angion method, and not much from the newbie routine I tried several years ago. While girth gains are the most satisfying to me, I’m currently focused on length as I’ve read that it’s easier to target first. In an effort to simplify my program, I’ll be recording my workouts mainly by duration, rather than sets and reps of a particular exercise. My stretching program started a few days ago and consists of a mix of manual stretching, light hanging or traction using a resistance band with the blue AutoExtender, and “manual” stretching using the AutoExtender as a grip aide (very useful). My stretches are done both flaccid and erect, and they feel best with at least a partial erection. I currently PE in the morning for consistency, and to take advantage of my morning wood and warmed up body temperature. I also plan to use the AutoExtender as it’s intended by wearing it at night for an ANS. I’ve tried using it during the day for ADS, but I don’t feel much of a stretch when doing so. I’m aiming to stretch between 5-7 days a week, for at least 30 minutes per session.

I’ve also been able to use the AutoExtender a few times as a hand pump when I have a strong erection. When I’ve done so I’ve pumped my BG up to 5.25”, well over my typical MSEG of 4.6”. This was by far the thickest it’s ever felt, and I plan to add pumping to my routine later on once I’ve achieved some length gains.

Regarding the newbie routine, I think I failed to produce results from it simply from being too gentle with the stretches and jelqs, despite my consistency and adherence to the program. With my current program, I’m making a conscious effort to feel every stretch, as well as paying attention to how it feels after each workout.

I stretch in all directions, feeling a good stretch in my ligs, throughout the shaft, and all around. I do everything with my foreskin protracted as it just feels better that way.

Today’s workout spanned 2 hours, with the second half at a lower intensity as it took place while I was writing these posts. It consisted of mostly erect/semi-erect manual stretching in the autoextender sleeve for the first half, and flaccid/slightly engorged hanging/traction in it for the second half. This one felt great so I’ll be trying it again as I continue to experiment throughout this program.

Mostly a rest day but slept with the AutoXleeve on for ANS. Didn’t feel like it did much though.

50 minutes of mild to moderate traction in the Xleeve attached to a resistance band, mostly done flaccid. This was much less work than manual stretching and probably will be more sustainable.

30 minute morning session in progress, with another planned later today. Today’s workout focuses again on bend tension as a hands free alternative to manuals.

For my morning session I put in 45 minutes in tension, and now I’m finishing up another 45 minute session. Hopefully I’ll be able to post some gains with the current routine of 5-7x a week, 30-90 minutes a day at mild to moderate tension. My stretches are mostly straight out with some side to side thrown in. I’ll measure at the one month mark and adjust my routine as I go.

I want to stay consistent so I’m making my routine as simple as possible. My short term goal is to gain a quarter inch in BPEL.

That certainly can be the case. It took me a few months to get to where I could feel the fatigue in my shaft that others spoke about. So I attribute it to the learning curve. Yes there are videos and write-ups on how to jelq and stretch, but you still need practice to get the right force and tension that works for you.

Morning 35 minutes low tension - couldn’t get a good seal. It’s cold this morning so that doesn’t help things.

Afternoon 45 minutes moderate- high tension. Had a much better seal due to being partially erect throughout the session.

One additional 40 minute session at the end of the day. I experienced only mild soreness after this so I think 90+ minutes a day is doable.

Forgot to log but I did between 40-90 minutes at low to medium tension.

Just finished 45 minutes at low-medium tension. Staying warm helps a lot so I don’t turtle out of the sleeve. I’ll try adding more time today.

~30-35 minutes, plus ANS in the sleeve. Ejaculating beforehand seems to allow a deeper stretch.

I did 45 minutes of medium- high tension this day. It was hot and I did most of the workout hard, which prevents the sleeve from slipping so I can apply more tension.

Another 45 min session at higher tension. I’m making sure to stay a little fuller so the sleeve stays on. I felt a good stretch the last few sessions.

Rest day, because I got lazy

25 minute session done soft at moderate intensity, mostly upward and to either side. I feel like measuring soon, although I don’t think I have gained any. My motivation is decreasing lately because of this.

Thanks unhung, I’m also gripping near the base. I’ve had trouble gaining too, let us know if you find what works for you.

I had some personal issues that led me to miss a day, which turned into 4 days. I had time but not the motivation to PE those days. Next time I will do better.

I came a few hours ago which made me a little sore during my PE session just now. I did about 30-40 minutes of light hanging, followed by about 30 minutes of a downward seated fulcrum stretch in the sleeve and felt a good stretch during both. The seated stretch was more secure and more intense.
