Macro's stretching only routine
Macro here, back on the PE train. Previously I’ve done the JP90 routine, Angion method, and tried using an ADCR in conjunction with the other techniques. From what I can tell I gained a small amount of EG, better flaccid hang, and more vascularity from the angion method, and not much from the newbie routine I tried several years ago. While girth gains are the most satisfying to me, I’m currently focused on length as I’ve read that it’s easier to target first. In an effort to simplify my program, I’ll be recording my workouts mainly by duration, rather than sets and reps of a particular exercise. My stretching program started a few days ago and consists of a mix of manual stretching, light hanging or traction using a resistance band with the blue AutoExtender, and “manual” stretching using the AutoExtender as a grip aide (very useful). My stretches are done both flaccid and erect, and they feel best with at least a partial erection. I currently PE in the morning for consistency, and to take advantage of my morning wood and warmed up body temperature. I also plan to use the AutoExtender as it’s intended by wearing it at night for an ANS. I’ve tried using it during the day for ADS, but I don’t feel much of a stretch when doing so. I’m aiming to stretch between 5-7 days a week, for at least 30 minutes per session.
I’ve also been able to use the AutoExtender a few times as a hand pump when I have a strong erection. When I’ve done so I’ve pumped my BG up to 5.25”, well over my typical MSEG of 4.6”. This was by far the thickest it’s ever felt, and I plan to add pumping to my routine later on once I’ve achieved some length gains.
