Can anyone provide a micro-macro IPR routine?

Hey all,

Upon much reading, I still haven’t been able to find a specific IPR routine either macro or micro. Perhaps I have kept looking in the wrong place. Would anybody be able to provide a sample routine with detailed instructions of all phases. Perhaps a lot to ask but I’m sure many of us would be very grateful!
