Question About P-Phase for IPR Protocol / IPR Theory

I’m currently reading up on IPR theory.

One thing I’m not sure about is whether the ADS should be causing strain, or if it should be zero traction and just to keep the penis elongated.

I’m reading through Xeno’s thread and it seems that he was actually hanging with traction during the P phase.

Is that correct and did he later switch to zero traction for P phase?

I know he used cock coils extensively and I don’t think those things are particularly light.

Should P phase be zero traction, or should you at least have some tractive force during P phase?

I know he was a great believer in histogenisis, but it doesn’t seem to make sense that he would risk or encourage Inflammation during the P phase.

Did he ever switch to zero traction or did he just always use cock coils for tractive force?

Can someone shed some light on this?

Am I misunderstanding the proliferation phase?

I know he moved away from hanging. So I would think you’re right about only using cock coils or an ADC. And I would steer clear of any stretching force while doing “P phase”. Just keep your penis slightly elongated.

I was getting a bit confused as it just seems like he was doing a lot of tractive work during the P-phase.

I guess cock coils can’t be that heavy in that case. I’m yet to read up on them.

The large diameter ones weigh roughly a pound. So they have a bit of weight to them, but it’s not anything extreme.

Okay, cool, thanks. I think I’m pulling about a half a pound to a pound using my Penimaster as an ADS, and even then I’m having to disconnect every 40 minutes or so by the end of the day (due to strain, not blood-flow restriction, I’m at a low enough tension that that’s not an issue).

Not sure if that’s because I might be pretty thoroughly deconditioned at this point, because of my long time away from the practice.

I think I’ll just keep going the IPR route and see how conditioning accrues over time. I guess how long it takes until I don’t have to remove the coils due to strain can be a measure of how much conditioning I’ve accrued.
