I am unable to reach a full erection without sex, so these are a little short of my true size.

I will try to update once a week on Fridays.

Was able to edge with a pretty decent EQ today.

With my seamstress tape I hit

BP- 5.5in

MEG- 4.5in

I would say it was around 80%

My flaccid has been hanging better and I’m starting to get more liveliness during the day.

Iets see where this goes.

After doing more research I’ve decided to retest T levels after 6 months or when I hit 15% body fat.

Been sticking to my routine very well.
Need to raise daily calorie deficit to reach body fat goal faster.

A piece of advise.

Start walking. 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week will do.

I work construction. I average over 5 miles a day according to my fitness band.
I would say 95% of my problem is calorie intake.
I have become way more active in the evenings. I decided to take action on landscaping my home.
Gotta drop this 30% body fat number. Might as well do something productive.
Not to mention cutting down trees by hand and moving dirt the old fashioned way are great workouts!
I’m cutting my diet to under 1000 calories for breakfast and lunch combined. Add that to a ~1000 calorie dinner and I will have close to a 2000 a day calorie deficit.

i was over weight a year ago. And what I did was reduced my portion of food and started walking. I have dropped 17 lbs in a year. I feel so much better. I would like to shed a few more lbs. But if you reduce your calorie intake you will loose the weight. Good luck on your journey.

My opinion. Fast walking, not running or jogging is the best way to lose weight and fat fast combined with a good nutrition.

You don’t need diet. You need selected meals in lower portions.

Now walking, while losing weight wil make you lose muscle mass with fat in your body, except the legs of course. But it si the best exercise to hack easily body fat and it doesn’t feel like an exercise at all. More like a natural thing, you won;t even know you are exercising. But it can cause muscle mass loss in the upper body too.

So ….walking, combined with some upper body weight training or calisthenics, nothing crazy, works miracles.

I’m starting to realize I need a bit more maintenance calories. According to my fitness band I have been burning 3500-5000 calories a day.

I have chosen the crazy route in a fun and sustainable way with workouts. I have been cleaning up my property with nothing but hand tools. Chopping down trees with an axe is pretty fun. Gives you that manly boost. Moving dirt with a shovel and wheel barrow.

It’s all been a ton of fun. Once this project is done I will be back at the gym.

I’ve cut my portions in half and roughly calculate all my calories for the day.

This morning I weighed in at 213. That’s 1/2lb a day. I don’t expect to loose much muscle with the quality amount of protein I’m taking in.

I will say that yesterday I had my best erection all year. I wish I could have measured it but that would have ruined the mood. I’ve also seen more daily erections from thoughts. I also feel more energized then ever.

I pushed my limit with piss pulls, so I took 2 days off.

Woke up with my first real morning wood this year!

Woo-hoo! Having morning wood is like having a lost long friend return!
