Before you add anything or ramp up anything, always make sure you’re not gaining anything more for an extended period of time.

If you’re still gaining, on the other hand, why change anything? The less stress you put your dick through the better. Less time out of your day, too.

My length routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches a day. Yes, that's all.

Since the daily updates are rather uneventful, I’m going to switch to longer intervals of 2-3 days per post. Any questions asked though will be answered.

Anyone got any tips to improve blood flow or will that occur gradually? Also, during this routine I refrain from masturbating for a couple hours. So ill do my stretches around 6-8pm and then wait around till past 10:30 PM to masturbate.

Update:

Penis is looking great, I’ve gotten some compliments so far, and I can see an evident change in flaccid length and the erect looks fuller and thicker.

Sadly, I missed 2 days of stretches and up until those two days, I had been doing them every day. Schedule had been throwing me off.

I intend to maybe, maybeeee, do a length check every 30 posts.

Two days off isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Rest days and decon periods are essential for most of us in order to gain in the long term. In fact a 5 on 2 off routine may be just what you’re looking for. The key is to try different things and go with what’s working for you.

Had sex for the first time in a while today boys! Gal’ enjoyed herself quite a bit, and along with my penis looking bigger (to myself) she said the length was very noticeable in comparison to other guys she’s had sex with. This just motivates me to stay consistent with my stretches.

The road to a dagger dick is looking like a fun one. Maybe next time, I can get some “whoa” comments about my dick.

Confidence is at an all time high.

Workout update:

A tad longer workout, 10 mins of stretches.

And note, I am doing a knuckle palm stretch but instead of my whole hand over my penis, I do an overhand C-grip, or I just apply pressure with my thumb. Details on how to do this can be found page #1 of my posts. I do these stretches in all directions, rotation, then pull upwards. Rinse and repeat. I do maybe 2-3 minutes of heat to warm my penis (you can exclude this, just makes it more comfortable and the penis more grip able. May also benefit gains). And proceed with my workout.

Keep up the good work guys! I’d consider anything more than 2mm per month in length as great progress. It would be about an inch a year. Long term consistent progress is what we should be focusing on. How has it been going?

Progress has been going great, so great that I’ve been a tad worried about injures, so I’m going to start looking into how to prevent them before they happen. I’m gonna be dropping my measurements soon. Do you perform a similar routine MrSkeptical?

I am doing the newbie routine with some squeezes thrown in, but mostly focusing on stretches. After 3 months I have gained a bit of length and girth (6.22/3.97 -> 6.35/4.15), but I think my rate of progress is increasing because I know what feels good and what makes my penis comfortably sore.

What makes you concerned about injury? I am taking a couple days off because I think I have been masturbating too much and I want to get more self-control of my sexuality.

PS: It is awesome that you got positive encouragement of your size from a partner! :) My long term partner told me “I have been with guys with bigger and smaller dicks” and told me about one really “huge” partner that hurt - It certainly doesn’t make me feel very good about my girth (and length), but I know I am the best sex she has had. There is a lot more to our sexuality than our penises, and competing with other guys dicks is not going to be positive for us.

Was in the middle of a stretch session today when suddenly, my dick (flaccid mind you) suddenly gave less resistance to my giving stretches, and stretched longer and easier. It startled me a bit so I stopped as I was worried I’d torn something. I am able to get erection, everything seems fine has this happened to anyone else before?

Is it a good sign meaning my workouts are working? Or am I over analyzing something that is a normal part of PE. Balls feel comfortably sore if that explains anything.

It is fine you are adapting to the stretches.
