I am doing the newbie routine with some squeezes thrown in, but mostly focusing on stretches. After 3 months I have gained a bit of length and girth (6.22/3.97 -> 6.35/4.15), but I think my rate of progress is increasing because I know what feels good and what makes my penis comfortably sore.What makes you concerned about injury? I am taking a couple days off because I think I have been masturbating too much and I want to get more self-control of my sexuality.
PS: It is awesome that you got positive encouragement of your size from a partner! :) My long term partner told me “I have been with guys with bigger and smaller dicks” and told me about one really “huge” partner that hurt - It certainly doesn’t make me feel very good about my girth (and length), but I know I am the best sex she has had. Through my thorough research ,I realized that excessive masturbation decreases the rate of growth so I would advice you to try and decrease the rate at which you masturbate .Also it is advisable to PE right after masturbation because your muscles are relax and ready for stretches .
