I have been doing PE since May 2016.
Currently as of 11/23/2016
BPEL:6.6
EG: 5.3
I started with 6 inches BPEL and 5 inches girth.
My goal is 8x6.
I have been doing PE on and off these 6 past months but I will try to be consistent after starting this thread.
My routine is simple: 15 minutes stretches in the morning and 15 minutes jelqing at night. I also noticed that if you don't masturbate the recovery time is faster after workouts.
