I have been doing PE since May 2016.

I just measured today my stats are: 6.77 BPEL and 5.25 EG. In September when I measured I was 6.3 BPEL and 5.1 EG, it was after not doing PE in July and August. Got a bit more serious about PE since October. So I can say more gains are since October. My routine is 10 minutes stretches in each direction and 5 min jelq. Some days I do 15 min in the morning and 15 min before bed. I workout my penis 2 days and 1 day off, will continue this routine till I see no gains. I am also taking L-Arginine and L-Ornithine supplement before sleeping. It has helped me with faster recovery. I think over masturbation also makes the recovery harder but some might think it is not the case. My goal is 8x6 which I hope to achieve.

I appreciate your comments and advice.

I’m not sure what advice you want but that is Excellent progress you have had. Just stay steady in what you’re doing. Ramping up too fast in the beginning is the most common pitfall.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks thoughtfulgold. Being slow and steady is the key I believe.

My stats are 6.85 x5.3 as of 13 Dec 2016.

Today was a day off. I measured again after taking a warm bath. For this week I did 10 minutes stretch each direct and hold for 20 seconds or so. 5 minutes of not-fully erect Jelq. I go 2 days on and 1 day off I also added a zinc supplement. It gives me firmer erections. I will keep doing what I am currently doing until I see no gains. The focus is length.

My stats are 6.9 (BPEL) 5.25 as of December 19, 2016.

I am hoping to hit 7 inch length soon. I have been doing 10 minutes stretches and 5 minutes low erection jelq. In addition I missed one day of workout this week. 2 days on 1 day off.

I have been doing the same routine, since I am traveling I measured with a different ruler which is more accurate I guess. Anyway I hit 7 inches BPEL length according to my new measurement I don’t know if it’s because of ruler difference or an actual increase of .1 from last week. I will keep measuring with the same ruler next week to see if I will gain with the same rate or not.

Still almost 7” BPEL. EQ: 8, I have lost some when I took a week of break. My routine is 15 minutes of stretches so no jelq. My main focus is length. I measured NBPEL it’s almost 6.4”. Flaccid I am 5.7”. I will continue 15 minutes of stretches with heat applied. Will know next week if I will gain or not.

My stats are 7.05x5.3 as of January 20, 2017.

I changed the routine to 8 mins jelq and 8 mins of stretch cause of I was having a bad erectile quality that’s why I added jelqing. Inspired by TGC theory, worked on my smooth muscle. I got thicker after two sessions of jelq. In the beginning, I was doing 40-50 mins of PE everyday and was wondering why I wasn’t gaining anything. Everyday, I was having a sore penis because of over training. I slowed down and started to see some gains. I am still a beginner and learning about PE everyday, let’s see how far I get with my gains.

My stats are 7.2 (BPEL) x 5.3 as of January 31, 2017.

One thing I learned if your dick hurts. Don’t touch or train it. Leave it till heals. Added a ZMA supplement before bed, it is extremely helpful with recovery. I have been doing 16 mins, 2 days on and 1 day off. Stretch 9 mins and jelq 7 mins. My goal for 1st March is 7.5 (BPEL) length. I hope to achieve it.

Great gains man! Your routine is similar to mine but I take more days off because consecutive days on kill my eq. You are right about some supplements increasing recovery speed. I take some too and noticed that I was able to increase my workload after adding some back in.
