Sounds like we have similar experiences with PE. Less is more seems to be the key to permanent girth gains for me. My best gains came from the following sequence:
5-8 min jelq for a few weeks
5-8 min jelq (with 2-3 minutes of it “clamped” as I describe in my thread) for a few weeks
5-8 min jelq with two horse440’s for a few weeks
From there I added 2 horse440’s every couple weeks til I reached 6 horse440’s with jelqing staying the same.
Then after a month or so of horse440’s and jelqing I started dropping the amount of horse440’s and clamped jelq over a few weeks til I was back to my base routine of 5-8 min plain jelq. Did that for a couple weeks and the size was pretty much cemented.
I am now focusing more on stretches. I decreased the amount of jelq to 3 mins since last week, because of PI’s.
Start (April 2016) 5.8 BPEL, 5 girth
Current (Nov 2017): 7.125 BPEL, 5.2 girth
