Sounds like we have similar experiences with PE. Less is more seems to be the key to permanent girth gains for me. My best gains came from the following sequence:
5-8 min jelq for a few weeks

I am now focusing more on stretches. I decreased the amount of jelq to 3 mins since last week, because of PI’s.

Your thread just made it to my favorites. I want to congratulate for your gains (OK everybody does) but even more on the systematic approach to PE. That is in my humble eyes a very good example for the search of the individual gain zone. Can and should be recommended to every Newbie as part of the introduction threads.

Thanks for your kind words. Only time will decide when I reach my final goal. I am not stopping anytime soon.

I am getting bad PI’s. For the next two weeks I am decreasing my PE workouts to 10mins (7 mins lows intensity stretch and 3 mins jelqs)

OK, certainly not what you desire. But… why measuring weekly. I think monthly measuring is sufficient, more often only raises pressure and doubts.

Mason, sounds like your going through exactly what I just went through a couple months ago.
How you proceed is totally up to you but I will share with you what I have done to get back on track gaining:
First I locked away my measurement devices.
Then I took 3-4 weeks off PE, none at all.
Then when the time came I got a good baseline measurement and started back with a super minimal routine, 5 minutes stretching (1 min each direction) and 5 min jelqing at medium intensity (about 50 jelqs with erection less than 75%).

It has worked well to turn things around for me, maybe you should give it try.

Good point. I will take a 3 week brake after a week if things don’t seem to work. I am experimenting with abstinence from masturbation and sex. It is been a week, dick feel fuller all day and easier to stretch. Let’s see if this theory works no not.

I may have been used to gaining big, I should probably change as you said.

Just an idea I expressed to another member for a decon break: why not apply once per day a 10min heat pack without any other PE exercises. Just to optimize healing and deconditioning. You may call it a partly active break.

And do Kegels as preparation for the next routine.

Enjoy your time away, clear your mind of PE.
You will be back better than ever in three weeks.
Dont forget to get a reliable measurement with that higher EQ before you start back up ;)

Not a bad Idea, I used to do firegoat rolls while heating for 5-10 minutes every day when taking breaks from PE and it helped clear up the small amount of discoloration I had developed from my hardcore clamping days.

I love you’re systematic approach, it is similar to how I have approached PE over time. I have found that doing the least amount that creates positive PIs is the best approach. Save the heavy workouts for when the light ones don’t work any more. Good Luck

Kegels are good idea I will add that to my daily plan. As for heat I don’t know if it really helps with recovery cause I was reading that ice is used for muscle recovery. Correct me if I am wrong.
