I take a supplement called “cardio” it is made up of antioxidants, vitamins, 5g arginine, 1g citrulline. It also helps me in the gym which is the primary reason I take it. I noticed the sexual health benefits as positive side effects.

My stats are 7.32 (BPEL) x 5.3 (EG) as of February 09, 2017.

I have been doing the same routine as previous. The only difference, I took an extra day or two off to recover. I want to continue to reach my goal of 8 inches length by the end of 2017 and then start working on the girth. Heat pad seems to be really helpful in relaxing the penile muscle to its fullest. I wrap it around my penis when stretching. As I mentioned I was in 5 months with no result. I attribute that failure to not applying enough heat.

Start - 09/28/16: BPEL: 6.5" MEG: 4.66" (Pumping, Clamping, Cockrings & Stretches)

Current - 11/25/20: BPEL: 7.2" (+.7") MEG: 4.75" (+.09") --- Roughly 1 year of PE and a long hiatus in between.

Girthquest: Short-term Goal: MEG: 5" -- Ultimate Cemented Goal: MEG: 5.25"

A change of routine yesterday, switched to 10 mins stretch, and two sets of 2:30mins of clamping. Don’t want to add too much. In my experience the higher testosterone the more you grow it. As Dickpushupftw also mentions in his thread that higher testosterone helps with recovery. I personally train at least 6 hrs with high intensity a week apart from PE and eat a clean diet. I can say my testosterone levels are through the roof these days. Which means I am recovering faster.

Routine: 2 days on 1 day off. 10 mins of stretches (I hold it 10 secs each direction) and 2 sets of 2:30 mins of clamping.
No sex on PE days. Zinc Picolinate is a fast absorbing sort of zinc. I can’t imagine this turns you into a beast. You will be thinking about sex all the time. You guys should check this out. Zinc deficiency causes low testosterone which you don’t want if you are an athlete or do PE.

Your’re already at my goal length and you have been at this for less than a year but our starting lengths are similar. This makes me mad. Very mad indeed….

Don’t be mad or discouraged. I feel you. Honestly, you have nice girth at 5.6. I need to catch you girth wise :) And yes, I have before pics. I take pics every month to see the change. I can say that now I hold more dick in my hand. And sorry that I am not really comfortable sharing pics. However, when I compare the pics I definitely can see the difference.
I actually started PE in April 2016. I even bought size genetics, I had to throw it away cause it was hurting my dick. I thought PE is not possible without surgery BUT I was wrong. I have Bathmate but don’t use it, but maybe I will when I start working on my girth.
I measured in September 2016, I was 6.3 BPEL. So most of my gains came after that.

Been measuring wrong the whole time. Kind of disappointed :(

I have been measuring BPEL from the side. I did a reading about correct measurement and got to know that I have to do it from the top of the penis exactly. Well It puts me in 7.3” of BPEL.

Honestly, I wouldn’t give it a second thought. At least now you know the right way to measure so just keep it consistent going forward. In any case it looks like you’ve gained over an inch and a half in length in less than a year. You’re obviously doing something right. Keep it going man!

Here is an easy way to account for it so you can correct your starting stats.
Measure the old way and new way, take the delta between the two and apply that to your starting stats. shabam problem fixed ;)
nothing wrong with measuring the wrong way, you have corrected it and you’ve still got a big one!

Also I hadn’t been through your thread in awhile but its great to see other people are having good luck with optimizing testosterone levels through diet, exercise and supplementation.
