That’s a good idea. Honestly, you did a good job of keeping charts and precise measurements from the beginning. When I first started I didn’t really know if it was going to work or not. And of course, the measurements are not 100% exact. From now on I will measure BPEL from the top so this way there will be no cheating.

I am back after a week of rest. I had sex but no PE at all. I have no change in size so far. Routine will be 10 mins stretch (hold for 1 min each direction) and 5 mins clamping.

Haven’t been consistent in the last month, I also think I overworked my penis with intense clamp sessions. My measurements are 7.2 x 5.125 as of April, 18 2017.

Kind of frustrating to see I am losing those hard-earned gains.

Been doing PE on and off this past 20 days. Most of my days I forgot to do PE. Thus no good results. I will be consistent from today on. 2 days on, 1 day off. 15 mins of PE. 10 mins stretch and 5 mins jelqing.

BPEL 7.25 -> +.125

Girth: 5.25 -> -.125

A nice jump up in BPEL, I wouldn’t be too concerned about the girth, could have just been an off day, normally girth is much more seriously effected for me by EQ than length is.

Hey buddy, thanks. Still lacking in the girth department, jelqing doesn’t seem to be helping it. I am surprised by how people gain girth, cause my gains in girth are usually temporary.

I occasionally gain from just jelqs, but normally require more intense exercises for girth to gain at a noticeable rate. I’ve also found girth seems to take a lot longer to cement. I clamped for 2-3 months, made BIG gains and the lost it all on a 10 day Decon. Only way girth seems to stick around for me is if I work it for a long period of time with manuals.

I see, it has been exactly same for me. The problem is when my penis is engorged I can’t stretch it, I feel it gets shorter. Again I see some big girth gainers (1 inches) have tried intense workouts. I am not able to do that. If I go too hard it turtles. I hope to find a better solution for girth gains.

Sounds like we have similar experiences with PE. Less is more seems to be the key to permanent girth gains for me. My best gains came from the following sequence:

5-8 min jelq for a few weeks

5-8 min jelq (with 2-3 minutes of it “clamped” as I describe in my thread) for a few weeks

5-8 min jelq with two horse440’s for a few weeks

From there I added 2 horse440’s every couple weeks til I reached 6 horse440’s with jelqing staying the same.

Then after a month or so of horse440’s and jelqing I started dropping the amount of horse440’s and clamped jelq over a few weeks til I was back to my base routine of 5-8 min plain jelq. Did that for a couple weeks and the size was pretty much cemented.

Update: noticed my BPEL and BPFSL is same size. I read in some threads that it is easier to gain length if they are the same. Any ideas?
