Masturbator to Aspirator

(Sorry if the rhyme is irrelevant to pumping, closest thing I could think of)

So yeah, I have been around here lurking for a year or so, finally decided to give it a shot after deciding what method to choose for a long time of testing and personality.

I have had a big masturbation issue ever since I was 4 years old, and being 24 years old right now at a younger age still, I imagine I will be having this problem more easily alongside easier erections out of control when I even attempt to rub/exercise it. Every time I try to attempt even basic jelqing (even without porn!), I get erect within a minute or so of attempting. So frankly I felt the easiest thing to start things off with a pump. I also heard that pumps were great for girth and just a safer beginner item to use to prevent injuries comparing to jelq despite the slower gains in length (hoping that it can be accompanied by jelqing once I get better at self-control).

I also have a arching bend in my penis from many years of tucking my penis downward in my underwear when I got erections during school, so I think over the years I caused it to be in an unfavorable angle.

My goal through training my penis is self-control through training it, re-adjusting it, and exercising in achieving a better feeling one that I can do what I want it to do! (Plus gains are nice too.. <3)

Current Length:

Flaccid: 3 3/4 inches
Erect: 6 1/4 inches

Current Girth:

Flaccid: 4 1/2 inches
Erect: 4 7/8 inches

Goal:

Erect Length: 8 Inches
Erect Girth: 6 Inches

Pump: Bathmate Hydromax X30 (I think it is called Hydromax7 now that is ideal for penises 6-7 inches)

Training Method:

First 2 Weeks: 5 Days On 2 Days Off

I’ve wanted to start off with a 5 minute shower while PC’ing during it, for some reason I don’t get as erect during a shower/bath because I find myself more relaxed than anything. Then proceeding to a bath after I get all the shampoo and soap out of the way. Once that is setup, I start pumping flaccid/semi-erect within 5 minutes with shaking the pump back and forth to allow bloodflow, and then releasing to massage the penis for a minute. Reapating until about 15 minutes. I intend on not using max pressure until I feel comfortable with it after a couple weeks so I can have time to adjust and not overdo it right away.

Because of my failed jelqing attempts as mentioned earlier, I am unsure if I can attempt to do even 5-10 minute dry-jelqing, but if I can, I will definitely attempt to do basic ones at least after pumping when all of the blood is up there!

I will be continuing to update this as the time goes on! Wish me luck along with the rest of you here! ^^

If you have any feedback on pumping at the moment that would be greatly appreciated (like how long it takes for permanent gains from pumping alone personal experiences with them, or stuff like that)!
